This manual provides essential information for the safe assembly, operation, and maintenance of your EVERCROSS EV12M Electric Motorcycle. Please read it thoroughly before first use and retain it for future reference.

• Two-Adult Assembly: The electric motorcycle is heavy. Ensure that assembly is performed carefully by two adults.

3. Configuración y montaje

Assembly requires careful attention. It is recommended that two adults perform the assembly.

3.1 Instalación del manillar

1. Insert the handlebar into the front fork.
2. Align the handlebar and secure it by tightening the screws clockwise using the provided tools.

3.2 Instalación del guardabarros delantero

1. Align the front fender with the mounting points on the front fork.
2. Secure the fender by tightening the screws clockwise.

3.3 Instalación de la rueda delantera

1. Remove the front wheel axle components from the wheel.
2. Position the front wheel between the front fork.
3. Reinstall the axle components, ensuring they are properly aligned and securely tightened.

3.4 Instalación del soporte

1. Attach the kickstand to its designated mounting point on the frame.
2. Secure it firmly with the provided screws.

3.5 Carga inicial

Before first use, fully charge the battery. Locate the charging port, open the rubber plug, and connect the charger. The indicator light on the charger will change when fully charged.

4. Instrucciones de funcionamiento

4.1 Encendido y apagado

• To power on, long-press the power button on the handlebar. The power display will illuminate.
• To power off, long-press the power button again.

4.2 modos de velocidad

The EV12M features 3 preset speed modes, easily switchable via a button on the side panel. Parents can manage this system to ensure a balance between safety and skill development.

• Baja velocidad (L): Approximately 8 km/h (5 MPH)
• Medium Speed (M): Approximately 12 km/h (7.5 MPH)
• Alta velocidad (H): Maximum speed (up to 25 km/h)

4.3 Aceleración y frenado

• Acelerador: Gently twist the right handlebar grip to accelerate.
• Frenado: The motorcycle is equipped with a drum brake system. Squeeze the brake lever on the left handlebar to engage the brake. Test the brake function before each ride.

5. Mantenimiento

El mantenimiento regular garantiza la longevidad y el funcionamiento seguro de su motocicleta eléctrica.

5.1 Limpieza

• Limpiar la motocicleta con publicidadamp Lave el paño después de cada uso. Evite usar productos químicos agresivos o agua en exceso.
• Do not use high-pressure water jets to clean the motorcycle, as this can damage electrical components.

5.2 Cuidado de los neumáticos

• Check tire pressure regularly and inflate to the recommended PSI (refer to tire sidewall for details).
• Inspect tires for wear and tear, and replace if necessary. The 12-inch wear-resistant rubber wheels provide strong grip.

5.3 Cuidado de la batería

• Cargue la batería por completo después de cada uso.
• Si va a almacenarla durante un período prolongado, cargue la batería cada 30 días para mantener su buen estado.

6. Solución de problemas

• Check the speed mode setting; start with a lower speed.

• Ensure the drum brake mechanism is clean and free of obstructions.
