As an automatic watch, it is powered by the motion of your wrist. If the watch has stopped or the power reserve is low, it may require initial manual winding:

1. Unscrew the crown (located at 8 o'clock) by turning it counter-clockwise until it springs out to the first position.
2. Gently turn the crown clockwise approximately 30-40 times. This will provide enough power reserve for the watch to start running.
3. Push the crown back in and screw it down tightly clockwise to ensure water resistance.

1. Before starting an activity, align the triangle marker on the bezel with the minute hand.
2. As time passes, the minute hand will move, indicating the elapsed time against the bezel's scale.
