To adjust the seat height, locate the lever on the right side under the seat. Pull the lever up while taking your weight off the chair to raise it. To lower the chair, pull the lever up while remaining seated. Release the lever at the desired height.

2. Tilt Lock and Tension Control

The same lever used for height adjustment also controls the tilt lock. Push the lever inwards to lock the backrest in one of the three available recline positions (90° working, 110° relaxing, 120° napping). Pull the lever outwards to unlock the tilt function, allowing the chair to recline freely. The tilt tension knob, located under the seat at the front, can be rotated clockwise to increase tension (making it harder to recline) or counter-clockwise to decrease tension (making it easier to recline).
