3. Configuración

3.1 Inserción de la tarjeta SIM y la batería

The Tokvia T111 uses a standard SIM card. Ensure the phone is powered off before inserting or removing the SIM card or battery.

1. Retire con cuidado la cubierta posterior del teléfono haciendo palanca desde la muesca que generalmente se encuentra en la parte inferior o en el costado.
2. Locate the SIM card slot. Insert your standard SIM card into the slot with the gold contacts facing down, ensuring it clicks into place.
3. Inserte la batería en el compartimiento de la batería, alineando los contactos dorados de la batería con los del teléfono.
4. Vuelva a colocar la cubierta posterior, presionándola firmemente hasta que encaje en su lugar.

3.2 Carga del dispositivo

Before first use, fully charge the phone's battery. The phone comes with a convenient charging cradle.

• Conecte el adaptador de corriente a un tomacorriente de pared.
• Plug the small end of the power adapter cable into the charging cradle's port.
• Place the Tokvia T111 phone into the charging cradle, ensuring the charging contacts on the phone align with those on the cradle. The phone will indicate charging status on its display.

4. Instrucciones de funcionamiento

4.1 Funciones básicas

• Encendido/apagado: Press and hold the red power button (usually the end call button) to turn the phone on or off.
• Haciendo una llamada: Dial the desired number using the large keypad buttons. Press the green call button to initiate the call.
• Recibir una llamada: Cuando suene el teléfono, presione el botón de llamada verde para responder.
• Terminar una llamada: Press the red power button to end an active call.
• Envío/recepción de mensajes: Navigate to the 'Messages' menu using the navigation keys. Select 'Write Message' to compose a new SMS or 'Inbox' to read received messages. The phone supports basic text messaging.

4.2 Funciones especiales

• Botón SOS: Located on the back of the phone, the SOS button is designed for emergencies. When pressed and held, it will automatically dial pre-set emergency contacts and can send an emergency SMS. Ensure emergency contacts are configured in the phone settings.

• Antorcha: The phone includes a built-in torch. A dedicated button (often on the side or a specific key on the keypad) can be pressed to turn the torch on or off.
• Speed Dial / Photo Contacts: Assign frequently called numbers to speed dial keys (e.g., keys 2-9). The phone also supports call by photo, allowing you to assign images to contacts for easier recognition. Refer to the phone's contact settings for configuration.
• Ajuste de volumen: Use the dedicated volume buttons on the side of the phone or the navigation keys during a call to adjust the earpiece volume. The ringtone volume can be adjusted in the phone's settings.
