Setting the date & time
- Lower the cover on the front of the unit.
- Press,
‘P01 tInE’ will appear on the screen. - Press
the year will begin to flash. - Press

adjust the year. Press. - Repeat the above to select the MONTH, DAY, HOUR, and MINUTE.
- When this is complete Pressand the time switch will return to normal operation.

Introduction to your R17V2 Timeswitch
The R17V2 time switch has up to three daily heating programs called P1, P2, and P3. When in the AUTO mode, it will show when the time switch is next programmed to be switched ON or OFF. When the time switch is ON, you will see the red LED light up. This indicates that power is being sent from the time switch.
ON/OFF settings 4 different settings are available
How to select
- Lower the cover on the front of the unit.
- By pressing the
button to change between settings for the time switch.
Factory program settings
Adjusting the program settings
- Press the
Button. - Press the or buttons to adjust the P1 ON time. Press.
- Press the or buttons to adjust the P1 OFF time. Press.
- Repeat this process to adjust the ON & OFF times for P2 & P3.
- When this is complete Press and the time switch will return to normal operation.
Boost function
This function allows the user to turn ON the time switch for minutes, 1, 2, or 3 hours. This does not affect your program settings. If the zone that you wish to Boost is timed to be OFF, you have the facility to switch it ON for minutes, 1, 2, or 3 hours.
- Press the button
once, twice, there,e, or four times respectively. - To cancel the boost function, simply press the button again.
Operating the thermostat
The thermostat will allow the time switch to activate provided the ambient temperature is below the setpoint.
- Adjusting the temperature setpoint
Rotate the dial
clockwise increase or counterclockwise to decrease the temperature setpoint. You can press the dial to confirm or the temperature will be confirmed automatically after 5 seconds. - On/Off function
The On/Off
button located on the thermostat will turn the thermostat to OFF when pressed. OFF will be displayed on the screen. If pressed again, the thermostat will go back to a normal operation.
