Installation Dimensions and Requirements
Ensure the installation space meets the specified dimensions for a 60 cm dishwasher.
- Cabinet Dimensions: Minimum width of 600 mm, minimum depth of 560 mm.
- Dishwasher Dimensions: 598 mm width, 555 mm depth.
- Door Panel Weight: 3-10 kg for standard installation, 3-8 kg for specific configurations.
- Water Connection: Minimum pressure 0.05 MPa (0.5 Bar), maximum pressure 1 MPa (10 Bar).
- Drain Hose: Minimum diameter 25 mm.
Step-by-Step Installation
Follow these steps carefully for a successful installation.
Step 1: Preparation and Safety
- Warning: Do not tilt the appliance more than 40 degrees.
- Ensure the appliance is properly secured to prevent tipping.
- Check the water and electrical connections are suitable and correctly positioned.
- Water Connection: Ensure the hose length is between approximately 1300 mm and 1500 mm.
- Drainage: Ensure the drain hose is correctly routed and secured, with a minimum height of 600 mm and a maximum of 1000 mm from the floor.
- Electrical Connection: Ensure the power cord is accessible and correctly connected.
Step 2: Mounting the Base and Side Panels
- Attach the mounting plates (H) to the cabinet using screws (E).
- Slide the dishwasher into the prepared space.
- Secure the dishwasher using the provided clips (D) and screws (E, J).
Step 3: Attaching the Door Panel
- Position the door panel (C) onto the appliance.
- Use the hinges (G) and screws (F, K) to attach the door panel securely.
- Adjust the hinges for proper door alignment.
Step 4: Installing Sliding Rails and Soundproofing
- Attach the sliding rails (N) to the underside of the countertop and the bottom of the dishwasher using screws (L, M).
- Apply the additional soundproofing material (O) as indicated in the diagrams.
Step 5: Final Adjustments and Checks
- Ensure all screws are tightened.
- Check the door opens and closes smoothly.
- Verify water and drainage connections are leak-free.
- Test the appliance for proper operation.
- Important: Ensure a minimum gap of 2 mm between the appliance and adjacent cabinets.
- Important: Ensure the door can open to at least 90 degrees.
- Important: Maximum adjustment for door height is 4 mm.
Step 6: Securing the Appliance
- Use screws (L) and screwdriver (5) to secure the appliance to the countertop or side cabinets.
- Ensure the appliance is level and stable.
- Warning: Do not overtighten screws, maximum insertion depth is 10 mm.
Step 7: Door Locking Mechanism
- Install the locking mechanism on the door to prevent accidental opening during operation.
- The lock can be rotated 360 degrees for different configurations.
Step 8: Final Securing and Testing
- Attach the appliance to the surrounding cabinets using screws (L) and the provided brackets.
- Ensure the appliance is flush with the surrounding cabinetry.
- Test the dishwasher's functionality.
