the speakers. We have included wall brackets for mounting the speakers to the wall, however mounting hardware is not included. Frequently Asked Questions
- In which country are these made?
English/American/German design by Andrew Jones and parts sourced by him in the PRC (China), where they are made. In a nutshell, Mr. Jones is one of the very best speaker designers (see his work at TAD), who also is a seasoned expert in getting speakers made at an exceptionally low cost. BTW he is very cool, you’d love him! There are no finer speakers for the MONEY than these. He wins all price point – quality comparisons. - Does these come with rubber feet?
No - Is it easy to put a bare 16 gauge wire through the binding posts?
Yes, it is easy to put bare wire through. Unscrew banana clips, exposing hole though the binding posts. Strip the wire long enough to thread through. Thread through, then screw posts closed until wires are snug. - Would these make good side surrounds?
Yes, they would make great surrounds. Since you’re probably using them with a sub, and surrounds don’t have to handle much bass in the first place, they will pair very well with front towers. The old B4 speakers wouldn’t sound quiet as good or rich, and they’re sold out anyway. The new OW4.2 are an option if you’re. - What do I need to connect them to a Sonos port?
Yes, they require an amp/receiver. - What wiring do I need to connect these to a TV?
There is no way to know without seeing the back of your tv. You will need an amplifier but which type will depend largely on what connections your television has. - Would these be loud enough for spin studio? Could you use 4 of them, 2 in front 2 in back? Looking for an inexpensive good system.
I would think so but depends what you are driving them with? 100W amp or larger for four speakers. - Can I hook these up to my computer?
Not directly. You will need an amplifier like a stereo receiver or small desktop amp. ook up desktop amps on Amazon. Fosi Audio and SMSL make affordable amps that will connect with most computers and have a Bluetooth receiver so you can stream directly from your phone or anything else with Bluetooth. Alternatively you can get powered speakers which will connect directly but usually don’t have as good sound quality. - Is the width and length of the Atmos speaker the same as the bookshelf speaker?
Yes, it’s an exact match between the top of this one and the bottom of the Atmos speaker. - What speaker stands would you recommend for this set?
A sturdy set of ear level stands would be ideal. I just have mine on shelves and am happy with that.
