Install fixture housing into grid. Ensure Grid brackets secure over grid and fixture is resting on grid tee. Unscrew access plate and slide to remove as shown. Connect shielded cable to access plate. Connect electrical wiring as required using provided push-in connector. Ensure wires are fully secure in connectors. 3 4 Reattach access plate by sliding plate back into housing as shown and secure access plate by re-installing screw. Secure fixture at both ends using support wire according to local building codes (not supplied). Lens Removal Insert Lens Removal Tool as shown, biased toward one side of the lens. Lifting from center of lens may cause lens to crack. Tilt Lens Removal Tool as shown and gently pry lens up. Complete lens removal by hand. IL52413024EN page 4 month 2024 www.cooperlighting.com Define Patient | Grid Downlight Aiming 5 NeoRay 6 Remove the baffles using the provided lens removal tool or by gently using a flat head screw driver. Rotate the downlight by gently turning the module to desired angle represented on the tray. 7 8 Adjust the tilt of the downlight gently with the heatsink to the desired angle represented on the bracket.
