The PASYOU elliptical machine offers both manual and automatic exercise modes, along with forward and reverse pedal directions, to customize your workout.

3.3 Exercise Modes: Manual (HR) and Automatic (P1-P12)
You can select between two primary exercise modes using the ΤΡΟΠΟΣ κουμπί στον πίνακα ελέγχου ή στο τηλεχειριστήριο.
- Manual (HR) Mode: Allows you to manually adjust the speed from 1 to 12 levels. You have full control over the intensity.
- Automatic (P1-P12) Modes: Provides 12 preset programs with varying speeds and directions. Simply select a program (P1 through P12) and the machine will adjust automatically.

3.4 Adjusting Speed and Direction
