Interfaces

  1. PON port: We will connect the fiber cable that comes from the installation.
  2. Ethernet ports: We will connect the end equipment (PC, SWITCH, printers, etc.).
  3. Power supply: We will connect the 12v power supply.
  4. Side reset button: Button to perform factory reset. We will press and hold for about 20 seconds to perform a factory reset.

LEDs

  1. POWER: It will be green when the power supply is correct.
  2. PON: Blinking green, the fiber part works correctly. Not blinking the ONT is correctly setup.
  3. LOS: When turned on with red flicker, the PON does not synchronize. It is suggested to check the status of the installation, the cable itself and the connectors.
  4. LAN: Slight flicker in green means the port is working properly.

FAQ

  • We don’t see the equipment on the OLT: Check the status of the PON LED, if it’s not green and the LOST part is flashing, it means the fibber part is wrong.
  • We provision the ONT but we cannot navigate when connecting the PC. Verify that the PON and LAN port are turned on otherwise check the OLT configuration.
