Preparation
Dilute the complete solution 10x Buffer P5 pH 7.3 (50 mL) by mixing with 450 mL ultrapure water.
After dilution Buffer P5 is ready for use (5 mM Na2HPO4/NaH2PO4).
The diluted buffer should be stored at 2-8°C.
