DD59-542K Diff Drop Kit

This Diff Drop Kit will take approximately 1-2 hours to install
Dobinsons products should be installed by a qualified installer, and it is the installers responsibility to ensure correct fitment.
Dobinsons is not responsible for any damage incurred to the vehicle during installation.

1. Securely support the diff with a screw jack before removing and bolts / nuts.
2. Remove both OEM diff brackets.
3. Install the driver’s side bracket using the supplied shim spacer and bolts.
   NOTE** NOTE** Install the top bolt on the diff side first, using a thin wall socket and hand tighten, Use a pry bar to locate the rubber bushing on the frame.
4. Install the supplied axle side bracket using OEM bolts and supplied nuts.
5. Torque all hardware to OEM spec.
