Product Usage Instructions
- Connect the camera to the charger via the USB-C port. Monitor the status LEDs to determine the battery level during charging.
- Open the USB-C protective cover on the back of the handle.

Power Button
Press and hold: Power on/off the charging handle.
Quick Switch Button
When the charging handle is connected to the camera, the following operations can be performed:
Press and hold: Power off the camera.- Press once: Power on the camera or switch between shooting modes.
Shutter/Record Button
Press once: Take a photo or start/stop recording. When the camera is in sleep mode, press once to start SnapShot. Note that the shutter/record button can be used to control the camera only when the charging handle is connected to the camera.
C Button
Press once: Switch the front and back touchscreen when using a single screen preview.
Using the Product
Charging the Camera
- The camera can only be charged after the charging handle is powered on.
- The charging handle will automatically shut down within 1 minute when the charging handle is not connected to the camera and is not being charged.
- Press down on the camera until the clips of the magnetic ball-joint quick-release adapter mount are firmly inserted into the quick-release slots on the camera.
- Connect the USB-C connector of the charging handle to the USB-C port of the camera.
- When detaching, remove the USB-C connector of the charging handle, then gently press and remove the charging port protector as shown in the diagram.
Charging the Charging Handle
- Open the USB-C protective cover on the back of the product, and connect the product to the charger via the USB-C port.
- The status LEDs will flash and display the battery level during the charging process.
- Once the battery is fully charged, all the status LEDs will be on.
Microphone Connection
- The 3.5mm TRS Mic input port on the back of the product supports connecting to a 3.5mm three-stage microphone.
- Headphones with a 3.5mm plug are not supported.
- Make sure that the charging handle has power when connecting to a microphone.
Warnings
- The product is not waterproof. DO NOT place it in water. Use the charging port protector, and make sure the USB-C port on the back of the product is firmly closed.
- Make sure the battery handle is properly insulated to prevent fire hazards. DO NOT drop or strike the product.
- If there is foreign matter inside the USB-C port, clean with an air blower or soft brush. Note to sweep outwards from the inside of the port.
- DO NOT pull the coiled cable of the USB-C connector by force to avoid damage.
- Discharge the battery handle to 50% battery level if it is not used for 10 days or more in order to extend the battery life.
Status LED
Press and hold the power button to power on the charging handle and check the current battery level from the status LED information.
The blinking patterns of the LEDs are as shown below:
LED is on
LED is flashing
LED is off
- When all LEDs flash simultaneously at a frequency of 3 times per second, the charging handle is currently in a high-temperature or low-temperature environment and cannot be used temporarily. Wait for the temperature to return to normal before use.
Appendix
Updating Firmware
- Connect the charging handle to the camera to update the firmware. The battery handle will be automatically updated to the latest firmware version when there is new firmware.
- During the updating process, all the status LEDs will flash quickly. A prompt appears on the camera when the update is successful. DO NOT unplug the charging handle from the camera during the updating process.
- If the update fails, restart the camera and charging handle, connect them together, and try again.
