The app may display one of the following messages to help:
- “There was an error loading the selected content. Please press EXIT and try again later.”
- “There was an error loading the selected content. Please try again or restart app if problem persists.”
- “Something went wrong. Please select a new video to continue…”
In most instances, following these steps will fix the issue.
