Product Overview

This manual provides comprehensive instructions for the A81 Thermal Printer.

Product Introduction:

The printer features a print head, paper limit block, lid closed induction, upper shell, and lower shell.

LED Status

Controls:

• Power Button: Press and hold for 3 seconds to turn on/off.
• USB Interface: Can be connected to a power bank or phone charger.
• Open Key: Press left and right simultaneously to open the cover and change paper.

Download and Connect App

Download:

1. Search for "Luck Jingle" on the App Store/Google Play and download.
2. Scan the corresponding QR code to download.

Connecting the Device:

Press and hold the power button until the blue light flashes, then open the "Luck Jingle" app and turn on your phone's Bluetooth.

• iOS Phone: Please turn on your mobile phone's Bluetooth.
• Android Phone: Please turn on your mobile phone's Bluetooth and GPS.

App Connection Steps:

1. Click the small printer icon in the upper right corner.
2. Click to search for Bluetooth.
3. Click to connect.
4. Once connected correctly, a small green icon will appear in the upper right corner.

Note: Do not search for the printer connection in your phone's Bluetooth settings. Instead, enable Bluetooth and search for connected devices within the APP, then connect.

Download Driver

Download the printer driver from the official website: http://www.luckjingle.com/driverDetail?id=4 (for Windows or MAC).

Install Driver for Windows

1. Turn on the printer and connect it to your computer via USB.
2. Locate and open the downloaded file named "A81 Windows Driver".
3. Click the "Install" button and wait for the installation to complete.
4. After successful installation, click "Finish" to exit.

Note: Before installing the driver, disable your computer's antivirus software. The printer must be connected to the power supply and the computer, and be in the powered-on state.

Install Driver for MAC

1. Turn on the printer and connect it to your computer via USB.
2. Locate and open the downloaded file named "A81 Windows Driver".
3. Click "open" and proceed with the printer installation, following the on-screen prompts until "Installation" is displayed.
4. Set the printer as the default. Follow the illustrated steps: Open System Preferences, click "Printers & Scanner", click to add a printer, fax, or scanner, select "YXWL A81 USB", and click "Add" to add the printer. Complete the printer configuration as shown in the figure.

Paper Loading Guide

1. Open the cover.
2. Place the paper. The edge of the paper should extend towards the machine.
3. Close the lid.
4. Use the paper limiter. Push the paper limiter against the edge of the roll.

Charging Instructions

1. It is recommended to use a mobile phone charger for charging (input: 5V/2A).
2. It is recommended to charge for the first time after purchase.
3. Charge once every three months to prevent lithium battery degradation and potential charging issues.

Attention:

• Using this device in a residential environment may cause radio interference.
• The factory standard for this product does not include a power adapter. If using an adapter for charging, a CE-certified 5V/2A power adapter that meets standards must be purchased.
• This is a professional product; please use the original battery.
• Replacing the original battery or using an incorrect model may cause the batteries to explode.

Safety and Precautions

• The printer has a built-in lithium battery. Do not use it in environments with temperatures above 40°C. Keep it away from fire and other heat sources, and do not expose it to direct sunlight, such as in a closed car.
• Children should be supervised by adults when using the device. After charging is complete, ensure the charging cable is removed promptly to prevent overheating, short circuits, or fire.
• Do not expose the product to fire or water to prevent battery short circuits, fire, or burns.
• Working environment: 0°C - 40°C ambient temperature, 30% - 85% RH relative humidity (non-condensing). Please do not exceed the recommended temperature range.
• If you suspect a battery issue, please contact the after-sales service center for assistance.

Caution: Do not directly touch the print head to avoid damage, especially after printing, to prevent overheating.

Print Head Cleaning

1. Turn off the printer, open the paper cover, and remove the paper roll.
2. Immerse a cotton cloth or cotton swabs in medical alcohol. Gently clean the print head from the center outwards.
3. After cleaning the print head, do not use the printer immediately. Wait 1-2 minutes for the alcohol to evaporate completely.
