5.2 Scarifying (with 20 Steel Blades)

Scarifying removes thatch, moss, and weeds, allowing air, water, and nutrients to reach the grass roots.

1. Install the scarifier roller.
2. Set the working depth. For initial scarifying, a depth of -5mm to -10mm is often suitable. Adjust based on lawn condition.
3. Start the machine and push it steadily across the lawn in parallel strips, slightly overlapping each pass.
4. For heavily matted lawns, you may make a second pass perpendicular to the first.
