1. Wichtige Sicherheitshinweise

3. Aufbau und Montage

3.1 Auspacken und erste Inspektion

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Verify that all items listed in the packing list are present and undamaged:

3.2 Akkuladung und Installation

1. Legen Sie den Akku in das Ladegerät ein.
2. Stecken Sie das Ladegerät in eine normale Steckdose.
3. Allow the battery to charge fully before first use. The charger indicator light will change to show a full charge.
4. Once charged, slide the battery firmly into the battery slot on the chainsaw until it clicks into place.

3.3 Montage/Einstellung von Kette und Führungsschiene

The chainsaw typically comes with one chain pre-installed. If you need to install or replace a chain:

1. Aus Sicherheitsgründen muss die Batterie entfernt werden.
2. Locate the saw blade switch (often a green knob as shown in Figure 2.1). Unscrew or loosen it to release the guide bar and chain cover.
3. Carefully place the chain around the sprocket and guide bar, ensuring the cutting teeth are facing the correct direction (refer to markings on the chain or guide bar).
4. Re-attach the guide bar and chain cover.
5. Adjust the chain tension using the tensioning mechanism (usually a screw or knob near the guide bar). The chain should be snug but still able to be pulled freely by hand. It should not sag from the bottom of the guide bar.
6. Tighten the saw blade switch securely.

3.4 Befüllen des automatischen Ölsystems

The chainsaw features an automatic oiling system to ensure continuous lubrication of the chain and guide bar during operation. Use standard chainsaw bar and chain oil.

1. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Kettensäge ausgeschaltet und der Akku entfernt ist.
2. Locate the oil filler cap on the chainsaw body (often labeled as 'Fuel Tank' in diagrams).
3. Unscrew the cap and carefully pour bar and chain oil into the reservoir using the provided oil pot or a funnel. Do not overfill.

5. Periodically check the oil level during use and refill as needed.

4. Bedienungsanleitung

4.1 Starten der Kettensäge

4. While holding the safety lock button, squeeze the start switch (trigger) to activate the chainsaw. Release the safety lock button once the chain starts moving.
5. To stop the chainsaw, release the start switch.

4.2 Schneidetechniken

Always exercise caution and follow safety guidelines when cutting.

• Kleine Zweige: For small branches, position the chainsaw firmly against the branch and allow the chain to do the work. Avoid forcing the saw.
• Larger Limbs: For larger limbs, make a relief cut on the underside first to prevent pinching, then complete the cut from the top.

4.3 Protective Cover Operation

The chainsaw is equipped with an adaptive protective cover. This cover automatically adjusts and opens as the saw blade engages with the material, providing protection during operation and covering the chain when not in use.

5. Wartung

5.1 Reinigung

1. Entfernen Sie vor der Reinigung immer die Batterie.
2. Use a brush or compressed air to remove sawdust, chips, and debris from the guide bar, chain, and motor housing.
3. Wischen Sie das Äußere mit Werbung abamp Tuch. Verwenden Sie keine aggressiven Chemikalien oder Lösungsmittel.

5.2 Kettenschmierung

The automatic oiling system lubricates the chain during operation. However, it is good practice to:

• Check the oil reservoir level before each use and refill as necessary (refer to Section 3.4).
• Ensure the oiler is functioning by observing oil spray during a brief test run on a non-cutting surface.

5.3 Kettenschärfen und -austausch

A sharp chain is essential for efficient and safe cutting. Dull chains can lead to poor performance and increased kickback risk.

• Schärfung: Chains can be sharpened using a round file of the correct diameter (refer to chain specifications). If unsure, have it professionally sharpened.
• Ersatz: Replace the chain when it becomes too dull to sharpen effectively, or if teeth are damaged or missing. Refer to Section 3.3 for chain replacement steps.

5.4 Batterielagerung

If storing the chainsaw for an extended period:

• Die Batterien müssen vor der Lagerung vollständig aufgeladen werden.
