Erstreinigung

• Place the air fryer on a dry, level, heat-resistant surface, away from walls or other appliances to ensure proper airflow.

First Use (Burn-Off Cycle)

It is recommended to run a burn-off cycle before cooking food for the first time to eliminate any manufacturing odors.

1. Insert the empty air fry basket and circulation riser into the unit.
2. Turn on the air fryer and set it to Air Fry at 400°F (204°C) for 10 minutes.

Power On/Off and Basic Operation

To turn the air fryer on, press the Leistung button. The display will illuminate. To turn it off, press the Leistung button again. The display will turn off, except for the power button icon.

The default cooking temperature is 350°F and the default time is 15 minutes. To begin cooking, press the Start/Pause button (play/pause symbol). The colon on the time display will flash during cooking.

The Nuwave Brio Plus offers 7 versatile cooking functions:

Voreinstellungen verwenden

The Brio Plus comes with 100 preprogrammed recipes and 50 DIY slots for custom recipes. All 100 presets are listed in the Quick Start Guide and Recipe Book.

• To access presets, press the Vorgabe button. The display will show the preset number and name.
• Use the up/down arrows on the left to scroll through the presets.

• To save custom presets (slots 101-150), set your desired temperature and time, then press and hold the Vorgabe button until you hear a beep and "SAVE" appears.

• Notification Bell (Shake Reminder): For some recipes, the bell icon will flash, and "FLIP", "TURN", or "SHAKE" will appear on the display to remind you to turn or shake your food for even cooking.
• Sperrfunktion: To lock the control panel and prevent accidental presses, press and hold the Luftbraten Und Backen buttons simultaneously until "LOCK" appears on the display. Repeat to unlock.
