Aufstellen

1. Einlegen der Batterie

The thermometer requires 2 AAA batteries (not included). To install:

  1. Suchen Sie die Abdeckung des Batteriefachs auf der Rückseite des Geräts.

To power on the thermometer, press the 'M' (Mode/Memory) button. The device will automatically turn off after a few seconds of inactivity to conserve battery life.

Bedienungsanleitung

1. Forehead Measurement Mode

This mode is ideal for quick and non-contact temperature readings.

  1. Ensure the ear probe cap is attached.
  2. Point the thermometer at the center of the forehead, approximately 1-2 inches away.
  3. Press the 'SCAN' button. The reading will appear on the display in about one second.

2. Ear Measurement Mode

For a more accurate body temperature reading, especially for infants, use the ear mode.

  1. Gently remove the ear probe cap by pulling it off. The display will show an ear icon.
  2. Carefully insert the probe into the ear canal. For children under 1 year, gently pull the ear straight back. For children over 1 year and adults, gently pull the ear up and back.
  3. Press the 'SCAN' button. The reading will appear on the display in about one second.

3. Object/Room Measurement Mode

This mode allows you to measure the temperature of surfaces or the ambient room temperature.

  1. With the thermometer powered on, press and hold the 'M' (Mode/Memory) button for approximately 3 seconds until a house icon appears on the display.

4. Color Indication for Temperature

5. Speicherfunktion
