This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your Splenssy Smart WiFi Door Lock. Please read this manual thoroughly before installation and use to ensure proper functionality and safety.

2. Einrichtung

2.1. Installationsrichtlinien

Before installation, ensure your door meets the compatibility requirements (door thickness 35-60mm). It is crucial to measure your existing mortise lock to select the correct size for replacement.

1. Bereiten Sie die Tür vor: Remove your old lock. Ensure the door frame and door edge are clean and free of debris.
2. Einbau des Einsteckschlosskörpers: Insert the new mortise lock body into the door edge. Secure it with the provided screws.
3. Frontblende einbauen: Connect the necessary cables from the front panel through the door. Position the front panel and secure it.
4. Rückwand montieren: Connect the cables from the front panel to the rear panel. Align the rear panel and secure it with screws. Ensure the handle operates smoothly.
5. Batterien einlegen: Open the battery compartment on the rear panel and insert four AA batteries (not included), ensuring correct polarity.

2.2. App-Kopplung und WLAN-Verbindung

To utilize the smart features, download the dedicated mobile application (refer to the QR code in the included manual or search in your app store). The lock connects via 2.4G WiFi.

1. Lade App herunter: Suchen nach the 'Tuya Smart' or 'Smart Life' app in your smartphone's app store and install it.
2. Registrieren/Anmelden: Erstellen Sie ein Konto oder melden Sie sich bei der App an.
3. Gerät hinzufügen: Follow the in-app instructions to add a new device. Select 'Door Lock' or 'Smart Lock (Wi-Fi)'.
4. Mit WLAN verbinden: Put the lock into pairing mode (usually by pressing a button on the rear panel or screen). Enter your 2.4GHz WiFi network credentials into the app.
5. Komplette Einrichtung: Once connected, you can configure user settings, add fingerprints, passwords, and IC cards through the app.

3. Bedienungsanleitung

3.1. Entsperrmethoden

Your Splenssy Smart Lock offers five convenient ways to unlock your door:

• Entsperren per Fingerabdruck: Place your registered finger on the fingerprint sensor. The lock will unlock upon successful recognition. The lock supports up to 100 fingerprints.

• Passworteingabe: Enter your registered password on the touchscreen keypad, then press '#' or the confirmation key.
• IC-Karte: Halten Sie Ihre registrierte IC-Karte an den Kartenleser am Schloss.
• Mechanischer Schlüssel: In case of emergency or battery depletion, use the provided mechanical key to unlock the door manually.
• App-Entsperrung: Use the mobile application to remotely unlock the door.

3.2. Fernzugriff und Überwachung

The integrated 120° wide-angle camera and smart doorbell allow for remote interaction and monitoring.

• Intelligente Türklingel: When a visitor presses the doorbell button on the lock, the camera captures a photo, and a notification is sent to your smartphone app.
• Fernentriegelung: From the app, you can view the visitor and remotely grant access by unlocking the door.
• Aktivitätsprotokoll: The app maintains a record of all door opening events, allowing you to track who enters and exits your home.

4. Wartung

4.1. Batteriewechsel

The lock is powered by four AA batteries. When the battery level is low, the lock will provide a low battery warning. Replace all four batteries promptly to ensure continuous operation.

• Open the battery compartment cover on the interior panel.
• Entfernen Sie die alten Batterien und entsorgen Sie diese ordnungsgemäß.
• Legen Sie neue AA-Batterien ein und achten Sie dabei auf die richtige Polarität (+/-).
• Schließen Sie den Batteriefachdeckel.

4.2. Notstromversorgung

In the event of complete battery depletion, the lock can be temporarily powered via a USB emergency power source (e.g., a power bank). Connect a USB cable to the emergency power port on the exterior panel to provide temporary power for unlocking.

4.3. Reinigung

Clean the lock's exterior surfaces with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the finish and electronic components. Keep the fingerprint sensor and camera lens clean for optimal performance.

5. Fehlerbehebung

• Lock is unresponsive: Check battery levels and replace if necessary. Use the USB emergency power or mechanical key if batteries are completely drained.
• Fingerabdruck nicht erkannt: Ensure your finger is clean and dry. Try re-registering your fingerprint in the app. Ensure the sensor is clean.
• Passwort funktioniert nicht: Verify the correct password is being entered. Ensure the keypad is clean and responsive.
• App-Verbindungsprobleme: Ensure your smartphone is connected to a 2.4GHz WiFi network. Restart the lock and your router. Re-pair the lock with the app if necessary.
• Doorbell notification not received: Check app notification settings on your smartphone. Ensure the lock has a stable WiFi connection.
