5. Einrichtung
5.1 Einlegen der Batterie
The BSIDE H3 Infrared Thermometer requires two 1.5V AAA batteries for operation. Batteries are included in the package.
- Suchen Sie die Abdeckung des Batteriefachs am Griff des Thermometers.

6. Bedienungsanleitung
6.1 Messung durchführen
- Hold the thermometer by the handle and point the laser beam at the target surface.
- Press and hold the trigger to begin scanning. The temperature reading will appear on the color LCD display.
- Release the trigger to hold the last measured temperature on the display. The "HOLD" icon will appear.

6.2 Distance to Spot Ratio (D:S = 50:1)
The D:S ratio indicates the size of the area being measured relative to the distance from the thermometer. A 50:1 D:S ratio means that at a distance of 50 units, the measurement spot diameter is 1 unit. This allows for accurate temperature measurement of smaller targets from a safer distance.

6.3 Mode Functions (MAX/MIN/DIF/AVG)

- MAX: Displays the maximum temperature recorded during the scanning period.

6.4 High/Low Temperature Alarm (HAL/LAL)
The thermometer can be set to alarm when the measured temperature exceeds a high limit (HAL) or falls below a low limit (LAL).

6.5 Celsius/Fahrenheit Switching
To switch between Celsius (℃) and Fahrenheit (℉) units, press the ℃ / ℉ Taste auf dem Bedienfeld.
6.6 Emissivity Adjustment (EMS)
Emissivity is a measure of an object's ability to emit infrared energy. Different materials have different emissivity values. For accurate readings, adjust the emissivity setting (EMS) to match the material being measured. Refer to standard emissivity tables for common materials.

8. Wartung

- Linsenpflege: The infrared lens is the most delicate part. Clean it carefully with a soft cloth or cotton swab and water or medical alcohol. Do not scratch the lens.
- Lagerung: When not in use for extended periods, remove the batteries to prevent leakage. Store the thermometer in its carrying case in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
