1. Wichtige Sicherheitshinweise

Lesen und verstehen Sie alle Sicherheitshinweise und Anweisungen, bevor Sie diesen Generator in Betrieb nehmen. Die Nichtbeachtung dieser Anweisungen kann zu Stromschlag, Brand, schweren Verletzungen oder Tod führen. Bewahren Sie diese Bedienungsanleitung zum späteren Nachschlagen auf.

• Kohlenmonoxidgefahr: Generators produce carbon monoxide, a colorless, odorless, poisonous gas. Operate the generator outdoors in a well-ventilated area, far from windows, doors, and vents. Never operate indoors or in partially enclosed spaces.
• Stromschlaggefahr: Never operate the generator in wet conditions. Ensure all electrical connections are dry and properly insulated. Use a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) when operating in damp Standorte.
• Brandgefahr: Diesel fuel is highly flammable. Refuel in a well-ventilated area with the engine off and cool. Do not smoke or allow open flames near the generator or fuel. Store fuel in approved containers.

3. Komponenten und Bedienelemente

3.1 Systemsteuerung

• Anlasserschalter (AUS/EIN/START): Dient zum Starten und Stoppen des Motors.
• Oil Alert Indicator (OIL ALERT): Illuminates when engine oil level is low. The generator will shut down automatically to prevent damage.
• Voltmeter: Zeigt die Ausgabelautstärke antage des Generators.
• AC Breaker (DELIXI): Overload protection for the AC output. Trips automatically if the generator is overloaded.
• 230-V-Wechselstromsteckdosen: Standard electrical outlets for connecting appliances.
• Ausgang: 12 V Gleichstrom, 8.3 A For charging 12V batteries (charging cable not included).
• Erdungsklemme: For connecting an earth ground wire.

3.2 Motorkomponenten

• Treibstofftank: Located on top of the generator.
• Tankdeckel: Zum Befüllen des Kraftstofftanks.

• STOP/RUN Lever: Controls the engine's fuel supply. Set to RUN for operation, STOP for shutdown.

4. Einrichtung

4.1 Auspacken und Zusammenbau

1. Nehmen Sie den Generator vorsichtig aus der Verpackung.
2. Attach the auxiliary handle and wheels using the provided hardware. Ensure all bolts are tightened securely.

4.2 Motoröl nachfüllen

Der Generator wird ohne Motoröl geliefert. Vor der ersten Inbetriebnahme müssen Sie das richtige Öl in der richtigen Menge einfüllen.

1. Stellen Sie den Generator auf eine ebene Fläche.
2. Unscrew and remove the engine oil fill cap/dipstick.
3. Pour the recommended diesel engine oil (e.g., SAE 10W-30) into the oil fill opening until it reaches the upper mark on the dipstick. Do not overfill.
4. Replace the oil fill cap/dipstick and tighten it.

4.3 Betankung des Generators

Use only clean, fresh diesel fuel. Do not use gasoline or any other fuel type.

1. Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Generatormotor ausgeschaltet und abgekühlt ist.
2. Öffnen Sie den Tankdeckel.
3. Carefully pour diesel fuel into the tank, avoiding spills. Do not fill above the fuel filter screen.
4. Securely close the fuel cap. Wipe up any spilled fuel immediately.

4.4 Erdung des Generators

For safety, always ground the generator before operation. Connect a heavy-gauge wire from the generator's ground terminal to a suitable earth ground rod.

5. Bedienung

5.1 Starten des Generators

1. Ensure the generator is on a level surface and all electrical loads are disconnected from the outlets.
2. Prüfen Sie den Motoröl- und Kraftstoffstand.
3. Move the STOP/RUN lever to the LAUFEN Position.
4. Turn the Starter Switch to the ON Position.
5. Turn the Starter Switch to the START position and hold until the engine starts. Release the switch once the engine is running. Do not crank for more than 5 seconds at a time. If the engine does not start, wait 10 seconds before trying again.
6. Allow the generator to run for a few minutes to warm up before connecting any loads.

5.2 Anschluss elektrischer Lasten

Once the generator is running stably, you can connect your electrical devices.

1. Plug your appliances into the AC 230V outlets.
2. Überlasten Sie den Generator nicht. Die Gesamtleistungtage of all connected devices must not exceed the generator's rated power (4.5 kW).
3. If the AC breaker trips, reduce the load, then reset the breaker.

5.3 Generator stoppen

1. Trennen Sie alle elektrischen Verbraucher von den Generatoranschlüssen.
2. Lassen Sie den Generator einige Minuten ohne Last laufen, damit er abkühlen kann.
3. Turn the Starter Switch to the AUS Position.
4. Move the STOP/RUN lever to the STOPPEN Position.

6. Wartung

Regular maintenance is crucial for the longevity and safe operation of your generator. Always perform maintenance with the engine off and cool, and disconnect the battery if performing electrical work.

6.2 Vorgehensweise beim Ölwechsel

1. Lassen Sie den Motor einige Minuten laufen, um das Öl zu erwärmen, und schalten Sie ihn dann ab.
2. Stellen Sie eine Auffangwanne unter die Ölablassschraube.
3. Um das Öl vollständig ablaufen zu lassen, entfernen Sie die Ölablassschraube und den Öleinfülldeckel/Ölmessstab.
4. Replace the oil drain plug and tighten it.
5. Refill with the recommended amount and type of new engine oil (refer to Section 4.2).
6. Replace the oil fill cap/dipstick.

6.3 Wartung des Luftfilters

A dirty air filter will reduce engine performance and lifespan.

1. Entfernen Sie die Luftfilterabdeckung und das Element.
2. Reinigen Sie das Schaumstoffelement mit warmem Seifenwasser, spülen Sie es gründlich ab und lassen Sie es vollständig an der Luft trocknen.
3. Das Schaumstoffelement leicht mit Motoröl einölen und überschüssiges Öl herausdrücken.
4. Bauen Sie das Luftfilterelement und die Abdeckung wieder ein.
