Schritt-für-Schritt-Installation

1. Bereiten Sie die Cl-Lösung vor.amp and Pads: Attach the circular rubber pads to the underside of the large washers and the rectangular rubber pads to the gripping surface of the J-hook clamps. These pads increase friction for a greater grip and prevent scratching of your truck and toolbox.

2. Position the J-Hook Clamp: Place the J-hook clamp under the bed rail of your truck, ensuring the J-shaped end hooks securely onto the underside of the rail. The design allows for a wide grip on the bedrail.
3. Insert and Secure the Bolt: Insert the long bolt through the pre-drilled hole in your toolbox, then through the large washer (with the rubber pad facing down), and finally into the threaded opening of the J-hook clamp.

4. Tighten the Assembly: Hand-tighten the bolt into the J-hook clamp until it begins to secure the toolbox. Then, use an appropriate wrench to fully tighten the bolt, pulling the clamp firmly against the truck bed rail and the toolbox. Ensure the assembly is snug and the toolbox does not move.

Repeat these steps for all desired mounting points. For optimal security, it is recommended to use all six clamps provided in the kit, distributing them evenly along the toolbox.

  • Consider adding additional clamps if only a few were initially used, especially for heavier toolboxes or frequent travel on rough roads.
• Difficulty threading bolts into clamps:
