Aufstellen

1. Packen Sie das Kit aus: Carefully remove all components from the portable carrying case.
2. Select a Soldering Tip: Choose the appropriate soldering tip for your task. The kit includes 5 different tips (900M-T-I, 900M-T-B, 900M-T-2.4D, 900M-T-3C, 900M-T-K). Unscrew the metal sleeve on the soldering iron, insert the desired tip, and screw the sleeve back on securely.
3. Place the Soldering Iron: Position the soldering iron securely on the included soldering stand. Ensure the stand is on a stable, heat-resistant surface.

Bedienungsanleitung

Temperatureinstellung

1. Once powered on, the LCD screen will show the current temperature.
2. Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the handle to adjust the desired temperature. Each press changes the temperature by 5°C.

1. Ensure the soldering iron tip is clean. Use the cleaning sponge on the stand, dampened slightly, to wipe the tip.

3. Place the heated soldering iron tip onto the component lead and the copper pad simultaneously.
4. Feed the solder wire onto the joint, not directly onto the iron tip. Allow the solder to flow evenly around the joint.
5. Remove the solder wire, then remove the soldering iron. Allow the joint to cool naturally without disturbance.

Desoldering Process (using Desoldering Pump)

1. Heat the solder joint you wish to desolder with the soldering iron until the solder melts.
2. Cock the desoldering pump by pushing the plunger down until it locks.
3. Quickly place the nozzle of the desoldering pump over the molten solder joint and press the release button. The pump will suck up the molten solder.
4. Repeat if necessary until most of the solder is removed.
