The AREBOS workshop trolley is designed for organizing and storing tools and accessories in workshops, garages, and hobby areas. It features a robust steel construction, five spacious drawers, a central locking system, and mobile wheels for easy maneuverability.
Einrichtung und Montage
Your AREBOS workshop trolley requires minimal assembly. Please follow these steps carefully.
1. Auspacken
- Entnehmen Sie vorsichtig alle Komponenten aus der Verpackung.
- Inspect all parts for any damage that may have occurred during transit. If any parts are damaged, do not proceed with assembly and contact customer support.
- Ensure all listed components are present before beginning assembly.
2. Anbringen der Räder
The trolley comes with 2 fixed wheels and 2 swivel castors with parking brakes. Attach them to the designated points at the bottom of the trolley.
- Identify the fixed wheels and the swivel castors. The swivel castors will have a brake mechanism.
- Attach the 2 fixed wheels to one end of the trolley base.
- Attach the 2 swivel castors with parking brakes to the opposite end of the trolley base. Ensure the brakes are easily accessible.
- Securely tighten all bolts.

3. Attaching the Push Handle
Attach the push handle to the side of the trolley where the swivel castors are located for optimal maneuverability.
- Align the handle with the pre-drilled holes on the side of the trolley.
- Insert and tighten the screws to secure the handle firmly.

2. Benutzung der Schubladen
The trolley is equipped with 5 drawers designed for smooth operation and secure storage.
- Each drawer features ball bearing slides for smooth opening and closing.

- To open a drawer, pull the handle strip across its entire width.

3. Central Locking System
The trolley features a central locking system to secure all drawers simultaneously.
- Insert one of the provided keys into the lock located on the top drawer.
- Turn the key to lock all drawers. This prevents accidental opening during transport and secures your tools from unauthorized access.
- Turn the key in the opposite direction to unlock the drawers.
- Always remove the key after locking or unlocking.

4. Den Wagen bewegen
The trolley is designed for easy mobility within your workspace.
- To move the trolley, ensure the parking brakes on the swivel castors are disengaged.
- Use the push handle to guide the trolley.
- When positioning the trolley in a desired location, engage the parking brakes on the swivel castors to prevent unintended movement.
- Avoid opening multiple heavy drawers simultaneously, especially when the trolley is not stationary, to prevent tipping.

1. Reinigung
