Setup und Installation

1. Auspacken

Carefully remove all packaging materials, including the polystyrene base and any protective film. Ensure all transit bolts are removed from the rear of the machine before use. Keep packaging materials out of reach of children.

2. Standort

Place the washing machine on a firm, level surface, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Ensure there is adequate space around the machine for ventilation and maintenance. The floor must be able to support the weight of the appliance when fully loaded with water.

3. Wasseranschluss

Connect the inlet hose(s) to the water tap(s) and the corresponding inlet valve(s) on the back of the machine. Ensure connections are tight to prevent leaks. Use new hoses provided with the appliance; do not reuse old hoses.

4. Entwässerung

Position the drain hose correctly. It can be hooked over the edge of a sink or connected to a dedicated standpipe. Ensure the drain hose is not kinked or obstructed and is at an appropriate height (between 60 cm and 100 cm from the floor) to allow for proper drainage.

5. Stromanschluss

Pull out the detergent dispenser drawer. Add the appropriate amount of detergent to the main wash compartment. If using fabric softener, add it to the designated compartment. Do not exceed the MAX fill line. Close the dispenser drawer.

4. Programm auswählen

Turn the program selector dial to choose the desired wash program (e.g., Cotton, Synthetics, Delicates, Quick Wash). Adjust additional settings like temperature and spin speed using the function buttons if available.

5. Starten eines Waschgangs

Press the Start/Pause button to begin the wash cycle. The machine will automatically fill with water and start washing.

6. Beenden eines Waschgangs

Once the cycle is complete, the machine will signal with an audible alert or display a completion message. The door will unlock after a short delay. Open the door and remove your laundry. Leave the door slightly ajar to allow the drum to dry and prevent odors.

Wartung

1. Reinigung der Außenseite

The drain filter should be cleaned periodically (e.g., every few months) to remove lint, coins, or other small objects. Refer to your machine's specific instructions for locating and cleaning the filter. Always drain residual water before removing the filter.

4. Care for the Door Seal

After each wash, wipe the door seal (gasket) with a cloth to remove any moisture or lint. This helps prevent mold and unpleasant odors.

5. Winterlagerung

If the machine is to be stored in an area where it might freeze, drain all water from the hoses and pump. Disconnect the water inlet hoses and drain the water from them. Run a short drain cycle to ensure all water is removed from the drum.

Fehlerbehebung
