Generelle sikkerhedsinstruktioner
- Personlig sikkerhed: Always wear eye protection. Use dust mask, non-skid safety shoes, hard hat, or hearing protection for appropriate conditions. Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times.

1. Montering af hjælpehåndtaget:
- Identify the desired handle type (D-handle or straight side handle).
- Screw the handle securely into one of the threaded holes on the polisher's gear housing. Ensure it is tightened firmly to prevent movement during operation.
2. Attaching the Backing Pad:
- Ensure the polisher is unplugged from the power source.
- Press the spindle lock button (usually located on the gear housing) to prevent the spindle from rotating.
- Screw the desired backing pad (125mm, 150mm, or 180mm M14) onto the spindle until it is hand-tight. Release the spindle lock.
3. Attaching Polishing Accessories:
- Most polishing sponges and cloths attach to the backing pad via a hook-and-loop (Velcro) system.
- Align the chosen polishing pad with the backing pad and press firmly to secure it. Ensure it is centered to avoid imbalance during operation.
Betjeningsvejledning
Follow these steps for safe and effective operation of your polisher.
1. Strømtilslutning:
- Ensure the power switch is in the "OFF" position before plugging the tool into a 230V power outlet.
2. Justering af hastighed:

Billede: Close-up of the polisher's speed control panel, showing the digital display and '+' and '-' buttons for adjusting RPM. This allows precise control over the polishing speed.
- The polisher features a 7-speed control system. Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the handle to adjust the RPM. The current speed setting will be displayed on the digital screen.
- Start with a lower speed for initial spreading of polish or for delicate surfaces, and increase as needed for cutting or finishing.
3. Start og stop:
- To start the polisher, press the trigger switch.
- For continuous operation, press the lock-on button while the trigger is depressed. This allows the tool to run without constant pressure on the trigger. Press the trigger again to release the lock-on button and stop the tool.
4. Using the 180° Rotating Handle:

Billede: Et nærbillede view of the polisher's body, highlighting the mechanism that allows the handle to rotate 180 degrees. Pink arrows indicate the rotational movement and a button for adjustment. This feature enhances ergonomic flexibility.
- The main handle can be rotated 180° to optimize comfort and control for different polishing angles and positions.
- To adjust, locate the handle rotation release mechanism (refer to image) and rotate the handle to the desired position until it locks securely.
5. Polishing Technique:
- Apply a small amount of polishing compound directly to the pad or the surface to be polished.
- Place the polisher flat on the surface before turning it on to prevent splatter.
- Move the polisher slowly and evenly over the surface, applying light to moderate pressure. Avoid excessive pressure, which can cause overheating or damage.
- Overlap your passes to ensure even coverage.
- Regularly check the surface for desired results and clean pads as needed.
Opretholdelse
Korrekt vedligeholdelse sikrer din polermaskines levetid og optimale ydeevne.
1. Rengøring:
- Tag altid stikket ud af stikkontakten før rengøring.
- Wipe the exterior of the polisher with a soft, damp klæde.
2. Carbon Brush Replacement:
- The polisher includes 2 carbon brush replacements. Carbon brushes wear down over time and need to be replaced when they become short.
- Refer to the detailed diagram in the full PDF manual (link below) for the exact location and procedure for replacing carbon brushes. This typically involves unscrewing a cap on the side of the motor housing, removing the old brush, and inserting the new one.
- Always replace both carbon brushes at the same time to ensure even wear and motor performance.
3. Opbevaring:
- Store the polisher and its accessories in the provided storage case in a dry, secure location, out of reach of children.
