4. Nastavení a instalace
The Philips Solar Outdoor Security LED Light is designed for easy, wire-free installation.
4.1 Výběr místa instalace
- Select a location where the solar panel can receive direct sunlight for at least 6-8 hours daily to ensure optimal battery charging.
- The light unit and solar panel are connected by a 5-meter cable, allowing flexible placement of the solar panel in a sunny spot, even if the light unit is in a shaded area.
- Recommended installation height for the light unit is approximately 2.5 meters (8.2 feet) for effective motion detection and wide light coverage.
4.2 Montážní pokyny
- Mark the desired drilling points on the wall for both the light unit and the solar panel. Refer to the dimensions provided in Figure 2.
- Vyvrtejte otvory na vyznačených místech. Do vyvrtaných otvorů vložte hmoždinky.
- Secure the light unit and the solar panel to the wall using the provided mounting screws.
- Connect the cable from the solar panel to the light unit. Ensure the connection is secure and waterproof.

5. Návod k obsluze
Your Philips Solar Outdoor Security LED Light features a PIR motion sensor and can be controlled via an integrated switch or the included remote control.
5.1 Počáteční aktivace a nabíjení
Upon first use, ensure the solar panel is exposed to direct sunlight for at least 24 hours to fully charge the internal 2000mAh battery. The light will automatically activate at dusk once charged.
5.2 režimy osvětlení
The light offers three distinct operating modes:
- Režim senzoru: The light remains off until motion is detected. Upon detection, it illuminates at 100% brightness (800 lumens) for 20 seconds, then turns off.
- Režim stmívání + senzoru: The light stays on at a low brightness (2% / 16 lumens). When motion is detected, it switches to 100% brightness (800 lumens) for 20 seconds, then returns to dim mode. Tip: This mode automatically switches to Sensor Mode after 6 hours.
- Režim ztlumení: The light remains constantly on at 10% brightness (80 lumens) throughout the night. Tip: This mode automatically switches to Sensor Mode after 4 hours.

5.3 Controlling the Light
The light can be controlled using the physical switch on the unit or the remote control.
Using the Integrated Switch:
When first powered on, the light is in a deactivated state. Press the switch sequentially to cycle through the modes:

5.4 Motion Sensor Performance
The highly sensitive PIR motion sensor has a detection angle of 120 degrees and a maximum detection range of 8 meters.

6. Údržba
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your solar light.
- Čištění solárního panelu: Solární panel pravidelně otírejte měkkým hadříkemamp hadříkem k odstranění prachu, nečistot, listí nebo sněhu. Čistý panel zajišťuje maximální absorpci slunečního záření a účinnost nabíjení.
- Čištění světelné jednotky: Clean the LED lens and motion sensor window with a soft, dry cloth to ensure clear light output and accurate motion detection.
- Péče o baterie: The integrated 2000mAh battery is designed for long-term use. If the light's performance diminishes over time, ensure the solar panel is receiving adequate sunlight. The battery is not user-replaceable.
- Odolnost vůči počasí: The IP65 rating ensures resistance to dust and water jets. While designed for outdoor conditions, avoid harsh chemical cleaners or high-pressure water jets directly on the unit.
