1. Úvod

This manual provides detailed instructions for the safe and efficient operation, setup, and maintenance of your TIMBERTECH Portable Airbrush Spray Cabin with Extraction, Model BD-512. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the product and retain it for future reference.

The TIMBERTECH BD-512 is designed to absorb spray mist and reduce vapors from airbrush and spray gun materials, making it ideal for spraying models, small parts, ceramics, and radio models.

4. Pokyny k nastavení

1. Unfold the Spray Cabin: Gently unfold the main unit from its compact suitcase shape. The side panels will extend to form the spray enclosure.

2. Nainstalujte filtr: Ensure the 2-layer high-density fiberglass filter is correctly seated in the designated slot at the back of the cabin.

3. Attach the Turntable: Place the 22 cm (8.6 inch) diameter revolving turntable on the base of the spray cabin. This allows for easy rotation of items being painted.
4. Připojení výfukové hadice: Attach the flexible exhaust gas extension hose to the outlet port on the back of the main unit. Extend the hose up to 2.7 meters (106.3 inches) and position the vent hood between a small window or door gap to direct particles and vapors away from your work environment.

5. Připojení napájení: Connect the 12V DC power adapter to the spray cabin and then plug it into a standard 110-120 V/50 Hz AC outlet.

5. Návod k obsluze

1. Umístění: Position the spray cabin on a stable, level surface in a well-ventilated area. Ensure the exhaust hose is properly directed outdoors or into a suitable ventilation system.
2. Zapnutí: Press the illuminated on/off switch to activate the extraction fan and LED lights. The switch will light up when the unit is powered on.

3. Postřik: Place the item to be painted on the revolving turntable. Begin your airbrushing or spraying work. The extraction fan will draw spray mist and vapors through the filter, and the LED lights will provide illumination.
4. Otáčení: Use the turntable to easily rotate your workpiece, allowing access to all sides without touching the wet surface.
5. Vypnout: Once finished, press the on/off switch to turn off the unit. Allow the fan to run for a few minutes after spraying to clear any remaining airborne particles.

6. Údržba

1. Výměna filtru: The 2-layer high-density fiberglass cabin filter should be regularly inspected and replaced when it becomes visibly saturated with paint or dust, or when airflow significantly decreases. Replacement filters are available from TIMBERTECH.
2. Čištění:
   • Před čištěním odpojte napájecí adaptér.
   • Wipe down the interior and exterior surfaces of the spray cabin with a damp tkanina. Vyhněte se používání agresivních chemikálií, které mohou poškodit plast.
   • Clean the turntable as needed.
3. Skladování: When not in use, the spray cabin can be folded into its compact suitcase shape for easy storage. Ensure the unit is clean and dry before storing.
