Before using your G-Shock GMAS140M-1A, it is important to set the correct time and date. The watch features an auto-calendar up to the year 2099, ensuring accurate date display once set.

3.2 Enabling Auto LED Light

2. To set an alarm, navigate to the desired alarm number (e.g., AL1), then press and hold UPRAVIT until the hour setting flashes.
