Connecting via the Receiver
- Remove the battery cover on the back of the keyboard remove the USB receiver, install 2 AAA batteries, align the “+” and ” -” symbols, and switch the power to on .
- Hold Fn+3, the Caps Lock indicator will flash red when it is ready to pair.
- Plug the receiver into your computer, it will automatically pair to the keyboard. The indicator will fade when pairing is successful.
- Note: To use the media keys hold Fn and press the secondary function (play/pause, volume up/down, etc. l you’d like to use.
Connecting via Wireless Pairing
- Remove the battery cover on the back of the keyboard and install 2 AAA batteries, align the “+” and ” -” symbols, and switch the power to on.
- Hold Fn+1 or Fn+2, the Low Battery indicator will flash blue indicating that it has entered pairing mode.
- Use your device to pair with “PCCK-001”, the indicator will fade when pairing is successful.
- The keyboard can be connected to two devices at the same time. Press Fn+1 or Fn+2 to switch between the two devices.
- Note: The keyboard will automatically pair the same way the next time it is powered on. The indicator will flash blue to show it is in wireless pairing.
Troubleshooting
- If the keyboard is not connecting, make sure the receiver is properly plugged into the computer or make sure wireless pairing is enabled on your device and pairing is successful.
- If the keyboard is not responding check if the battery is low. If it is please replace the battery.
- If you’ re still having connectivity issues, move closer to the device or reduce interference from other wireless devices by moving them away from the keyboard.
- Having trouble with your device? Be sure you’ re running the latest software on your devices. You can do this by doing a ‘software update’ in the settings of your device.

- Do not use chemical detergents to clean your device, use a soft dry cloth
