1. The lights seem to be motionless.
2. The lights are dim;
3. Only a portion of the lights are on.

Reason:

If the contact location is regularly plugged and disconnected, static electricity will result. The self-protection of the keyboard causes the light to stop changing and react slowly.;

• The device’s driver does not match the operating system, and the OS displays repeated signals after several disconnections and reconnections.

Answer:

• After connecting the USB cable, the light either doesn’t light up at all or only partially does. Please be patient for 20 seconds as the keyboard will reset the light control chip for the reasons mentioned above.
• Quickly connect the computer to the network, then plug in the keyboard, press the “driver installation is complete” desktop notification bar, and then use the keyboard as usual.
• To make adjustments, try the ninth lighting mode (FN+9).
