Troubleshooting
If the soundbar is not working as expected, check the following:
| Malfunction | Possible Cause/Measures |
|---|---|
| No power / function | Check if the power is switched on at the wall. Verify the power adapter is properly connected to the power outlet. |
| No sound | Check if cables are properly installed. If they are, try an alternative cable to connect to your TV if possible. Ensure the unit is not in standby mode. |
| No sound from Bluetooth connection | Disconnect the soundbar from your device and reconnect. |
| Function disturbance | Switch off and unplug the unit. Wait for 2 minutes, then switch it on again. If a particular mode causes problems, try an alternative connection method such as Optical or Bluetooth. |
| Remote control does not work [properly] | Check if the batteries have run out and replace them if necessary. Ensure there is no obstacle blocking the remote's signal. |
