The portable power station features various interfaces and controls:

Display Screen Illustration

The display screen provides real-time information:

  • Remaining output time: Automatically calculated based on the electrical load.
  • Battery level indicator: Divided into 11 grids, showing power percentage.
  • Low battery notification: A flashing indicator appears when battery level is below 10%.
  • Battery percentage display: Shows the current battery charge percentage.
  • Thermometer icon: Flashes when the device temperature is too high.
  • Output status indicator: Shows the status of DC, AC, USB-A, USB-C, and LED outputs.
  • Input Power: Displays the power being received during charging.
  • Output Power: Displays the power being drawn by connected devices.
  • Output Frequency: Indicates AC output frequency (50Hz or 60Hz).

User Guide

  1. For optimal performance, it is recommended to fully charge the device before its first use.
  2. Press the switches to activate the corresponding functions. The relevant icon will illuminate on the screen, powering the respective outlet. The Type-C port is plug-and-play.
  3. To change the AC output frequency (50Hz or 60Hz), press the AC switch three times. The selected frequency will be displayed on the screen. Consult your electrical equipment's manual or local standards for the correct frequency.
  4. To conserve power, switch off outlets when not in use. A dim icon indicates the outlet is powered off.
  5. The product's service life may be affected by high and low temperatures. Operate the device within the working temperature range of 14°F to 104°F (-10°C to 40°C).

Methods of Charging

The device can be charged via two ports: the Anderson charging port and the DC charging ports (5.5mm*2.1mm diameter). Please use the standard charger provided.

During charging, the screen displays the charge power and battery level. Charging automatically stops when the device is fully charged.

  • Charging with Standard Adapter: Approximately 3 hours.
  • Charging via Car Cigarette Lighter Socket: Approximately 6 hours. Ensure the car engine is running to prevent draining the car battery.
  • Charging with 100W Solar Panel: Approximately 4 hours under ideal conditions.

Troubleshooting

Charging Failures

Problem Cause Solution
Indicator on screen fails to light up; possible bad connection between adapter and device. Bad connection between adapter and socket, or socket is not powered. Check adapter connection to socket and ensure socket is powered.
Indicator on screen fails to light up, but adapter has a green light. Bad connection between adapter and device. Check adapter connection to the device. Contact after-sales service if the issue persists.

No Power to the Outlet

Problem Cause Solution
No power to the outlet. Ambient temperature is too low. Charge the device where the ambient temperature is greater than 0°C (32°F).

No power to the outlet. Poor connection between the device and the cable. Ensure good connection between the device and the cable. Use universal connectors if applicable. For high current DC output, use a car cigarette lighter adapter cable. For AC output, ensure the electrical equipment's power conforms to the device's specifications.

The power is cut off when the device is discharging

Problem Cause Solution
The power is cut off when the device is discharging. Battery power of the device gets low. Please recharge the device.

Warranty

Warranty Terms

  1. Please keep this warranty card properly for future service requests.
  2. Do not damage the warranty sticker on the connecting part of the product casing.
  3. The warranty period is valid for twelve months from the date of purchase.
  4. During the warranty period, if the product itself has quality problems or malfunctions, official after-sales personnel will verify the issue. Repairs and replacement parts will be provided free of charge.
  5. The company reserves the right to modify and interpret all content.

This warranty does not cover product problems related to the following:

  1. Product damage due to failure to follow operation instructions or misuse.
  2. The warranty sticker on the product is removed or the product is unauthorizedly disassembled.
  3. The product number has been changed or does not conform to this manual.
  4. Product failure caused by placement in an extreme environment (e.g., immersion, shaking, high temperature, corrosive environment) not for its reasonable use, leading to evident damage.
  5. Product failure caused by external factors beyond reasonable control, including accidents and natural disasters.

Warnings and Precautions

  1. Keep this product out of reach of children for their safety.
  2. Do not attempt to disassemble this product. Unauthorized disassembly will void the warranty.
  3. Use only accessories provided with the device or recommended by the customer service team.
  4. Use the product in a well-ventilated and dry place. Do not charge the product if the ambient temperature is below -10°C (14°F).
  5. Keep this product away from flammable substances and high-temperature environments.
  6. For storage, maintain the battery power level between 50%~70% and store in a ventilated and dry place.
  7. When storing the product, charge it at least once every three months.
  8. Do not hammer or pitch the product violently.
  9. To prevent electrical shock, do not use broken or defective cables as connectors.
  10. Do not forcefully shut down the power station.
  11. The AC output port supports a 300W resistive load.
  12. When all output ports are used simultaneously, the maximum total output power shall not exceed 300W.
