Introduction
This manual provides instructions for installing and using the ARES WING Heavy-Duty Counterbalance Monitor Arm. Please read all instructions carefully before beginning installation.
Must Check Before Installation

VESA Compatibility Check
Ensure your monitor's VESA hole pattern (75x75mm or 100x100mm) matches the product specifications. If not, contact customer service.

Adapter Check (Ultrawide Monitor Installation Tips)
Check if your monitor comes with a VESA adapter. Some monitors include one. If no VESA holes are present, you may need to purchase an adapter separately.

Weight Capacity Check
Ensure your monitor's weight is within the stand arm's load capacity of 2~20kg (4.4~44lbs). If not, this product is not compatible with your monitor.

Tabletop Thickness Check
Clamp Installation: Suitable for desks with a thickness of 0.47"-1.78".
Grommet Installation: Suitable for desks with a thickness of 0.47"-1.97" and installation holes with a diameter of 0.39"-2.36" (10-60mm).
Note: If the desktop thickness exceeds 1.78" and grommet installation is not possible, contact customer service.

Important Safety Information
Attention: Please note: Do not adjust the spring tension until the monitor is securely mounted.
Please keep the following precautions in mind:
- Ensure the total weight of your monitor, including accessories, is within the monitor arm's load capacity.
- Compatible monitors can be found in the user manual or product listing page.
- Begin adjustments only after confirming the monitor is firmly attached to the bracket.
- It is recommended to have assistance from another person to prevent damage or injury.
- Always follow the instructions during operation.
Warning: The bracket arm is currently under pressure. For your safety, do not adjust it before screen installation as it could spring back and cause injury.

Installation Steps
1a. Clamp Installation
For desks with a thickness of 0.47"-1.78".

1b. Grommet Installation
For desks with a thickness of 0.47"-1.97" and installation holes with a diameter of 0.39"-2.36" (10-60mm).
Note: If there is no grommet hole on the desk, you will need to drill one.

2. Base Rotation Adjustment
Tighten the limiting screw (do not overtighten). The arm can rotate ±90° or 360°.

3. Arm Rotation Adjustment

4. VESA Plate Angle Adjustment
Adjust the tightness of the screws to set the VESA plate angle. Do not completely loosen the screws. A slight sound during adjustment is normal.

Note: Please adjust the tightness of the screws to adjust the angle of the VESA Plate and do not completely loosen the screws! There may be a sound during the adjustment of the screw tightness, which is normal, please do not worry.

CAUTION: Do not overtighten.
9. Mounting the Monitor Arm
HEAVY! You may need assistance with this step.

CAUTION: Do not release the monitor immediately after hanging and wait until you are sure it is stable in its position to prevent injury to personnel or equipment. If the arm rises or falls, refer to the next step for adjustment.
10. Arm Rises/Drops After Installation and Tension Adjustment
Arm Rises After Installation: If the arm rises, turn the adjustment screw in the '-' direction until it remains in a horizontal position.
Arm Drops After Installation: If the arm drops, turn the adjustment screw in the '+' direction until it remains in a horizontal position.
CAUTION: DO NOT overtighten the screws.

11. Monitor Tilt, Swivel, and Rotation Adjustment
Tilt (+50° to -20°): Adjust the tilt angle. If adjustment is difficult (e.g., screen sagging or stiff movement), tighten or loosen the indicated screw as needed.
Swivel (+90° to -90°): Adjust the swivel angle.
Screen Rotation (±180°): Adjust the screen rotation.
Note: If the display does not stop at your desired position, adjust the screw(s) using the tools as shown. To prevent the monitor from falling, do not loosen the screws more than half a turn.
CAUTION: Do not rotate the monitor past the rear edge of the desk to avoid an unstable situation that may cause tipping.
