4. Setup and Installation
Follow these steps for proper setup and installation of your gas stove. Professional installation is recommended.
4.1 Installing the Adjustable Feet
- Carefully unbox the stove and place it on a stable, flat surface, preferably on its side or back to access the bottom.
- Attach the four feet installation plates to the designated corners on the bottom of the stove using the provided screws.
- Screw the four adjustable feet into the installed plates.
- Once all feet are securely attached, carefully return the stove to an upright position.
- Adjust the height of each foot to ensure the stove is level and stable. The adjustable feet allow for a height range of 140-180mm.

4.2 Gas Connection and Conversion
The stove is factory-set for Natural Gas (4" WC). If you intend to use Propane (Liquefied Gas, 10" WC), you must replace the natural gas nozzles with the provided propane nozzles. This conversion should only be performed by a qualified gas technician.
- Ensure the main gas supply is turned off before making any connections.
- Connect the gas pressure regulator to the 3/4 NPT gas inlet at the rear of the stove. Ensure all connections are tight and sealed to prevent leaks.
- If converting to propane, locate the burner nozzles and carefully replace them with the smaller φ2.05 brass nozzles.
- Connect the stove to your main gas supply line.
- After connection, turn on the gas supply and check for leaks using a soap solution. Bubbles indicate a leak.

5. Operating Instructions
The VEVOR Commercial Gas Stove features a powerful 90,000 BTU burner with precise fire control for various cooking needs.
5.1 Ignition and Flame Adjustment
- Ensure the gas supply to the stove is open.
- Push in and turn the control knob counter-clockwise to the 'High' position. The burner should ignite instantly.
- Once ignited, adjust the flame intensity by rotating the knob between 'High' and 'Low' settings. The burner is designed with multiple flame outlets for precise control, allowing for both powerful cooking and steady simmering.
- To turn off the burner, turn the control knob clockwise to the 'Off' position.
