Important Safety Information

WARNING:

  • Users should be cautious during assembly due to sharp steel edges and heavy components. Always wear appropriate protective gear, such as gloves.
  • Properly anchor the greenhouse to prevent damage or injury, especially in windy conditions. Failure to do so may result in the greenhouse being blown away.
  • Monitor the greenhouse during use, especially in extreme weather conditions like strong winds, heavy rain, or snow.
  • Ensure proper ventilation during and after assembly due to potential chemical smells from the PE cover.
  • Keep children and pets away from the assembly area.

Setup and Assembly

Assembly of the Outsunny Mini Greenhouse is required. Follow these general steps for proper installation:

  1. Unpack Components: Carefully unpack all parts and verify against the included parts list (not provided in this manual, refer to product packaging).
  2. Assemble Frame: Construct the powder-coated steel frame by connecting the tubes using the provided joints. The design allows for quick installation. Ensure all connections are secure.
  3. Attach Cover: Drape the durable 2-layer 140 GSM PE cover over the assembled frame. Ensure it is properly aligned and covers the entire structure.
  4. Secure Cover: Utilize the fixing straps to secure the cover to the frame. The overlong cover can be buried in the soil to create a superior and secured seal, enhancing stability and insulation.
  5. Position and Anchor: Place the greenhouse in your desired location. Securely anchor the greenhouse to the ground using stakes or other appropriate anchoring methods to prevent movement.

Operating Instructions

The Outsunny Mini Greenhouse is designed for ease of use and optimal plant growth.

  • Plant Protection: The greenhouse keeps your plants, fruits, vegetables, and flowers protected from cold weather, excessive sun, and birds. The PE cover allows 85% nourishing sunlight to pass through while protecting from UV scorching.
  • Access and Ventilation: The greenhouse features zippered doors and roll-up windows. To access your plants or improve ventilation, simply unzip the doors and roll them up, securing them with the ties. This creates a larger opening for air circulation.
  • Watering: Water plants as needed. The roll-up doors provide convenient access for watering and tending to your plants.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance will extend the life of your mini greenhouse:

  • Cleaning: Periodically clean the PE cover with a soft cloth and mild soapy water. Avoid abrasive cleaners or brushes that could damage the material.
  • Frame Inspection: Regularly check the steel frame for any signs of rust, damage, or loose connections. Tighten any loose bolts or connections as needed.
  • Cover Inspection: Inspect the PE cover for tears or punctures. Small tears can often be repaired with greenhouse repair tape.
  • Anchoring: Re-check the anchoring of the greenhouse, especially after strong winds or heavy rain, to ensure it remains securely fastened to the ground.
  • Winter Storage: In areas with heavy snow or extreme winter conditions, it is recommended to disassemble and store the greenhouse indoors to prevent damage.

Troubleshooting

Here are some common issues and their potential solutions:
