Introducció

Configuració

1. Càrrega de la unitat: Connect the provided USB-A to USB-C charging cable to the NX4 unit and a suitable USB power adapter. Ensure the unit is fully charged before first use. A full charge typically takes several hours.
2. Encès: Press and hold the power button on the manifold gauge until the digital display illuminates.
3. Connecting Temperature Clamps:
   • Ensure the Bluetooth temperature clamps (NST1 and NST2) are powered on.
   • The NX4 will automatically attempt to pair with nearby NAVAC Bluetooth devices. Follow on-screen prompts if any pairing confirmation is required.
   • Attach the NST1 (Low Side) clamp to the suction line and the NST2 (High Side) clamp to the liquid line of the HVAC system.

The NAVAC NX4 offers four distinct operational modes to cover various HVAC diagnostic and service needs. Use the MODE button to cycle through them and the ENTRAR botó per confirmar les seleccions.

1. Manifold Mode:

   This is the primary mode for real-time pressure and temperature readings. It displays high-side and low-side pressures, saturation temperatures, superheat, and subcooling values. Ideal for general system analysis and charging.

2. Leak Test Mode:

   Used to detect leaks in a system. The manifold gauge monitors pressure changes over a set period. If the pressure drops beyond a configurable threshold, it indicates a potential leak.

   Designed for monitoring the vacuum level during system evacuation. It displays the current vacuum pressure, helping technicians ensure the system reaches the desired deep vacuum level before charging.

4. Decay Test Mode:

   After evacuation, this mode helps confirm the integrity of the vacuum. It monitors for any pressure rise over time, which would indicate moisture or non-condensable gases remaining in the system, or a leak.

Manteniment
