The ATTACK SHARK X3PRO is a lightweight wireless gaming mouse designed for high-performance gaming. It features tri-mode connectivity (wired, 2.4GHz wireless, and Bluetooth 5.2), a Pixart PAW3395 optical sensor, and Kailh GM8.0 switches. This mouse supports up to 4K wireless polling rate and 8K wired polling rate, offering precise tracking and responsiveness.

2.1 Contingut del paquet

2.2 Càrrega inicial

Connect the mouse to a USB power source using the provided USB-C cable. The mouse can be used in wired mode while charging.

2.3 Connexió del ratolí

The X3PRO supports three connection modes: 2.4GHz Wireless, Bluetooth 5.2, and Wired USB-C.

2.3.1 Mode sense fil de 2.4 GHz

1. Locate the 2.4GHz USB receiver stored in the compartment on the underside of the mouse (refer to Image 2.1).
2. Insert the USB receiver into an available USB-A port on your computer. For optimal signal, use the provided Type-C to USB-A adapter to position the receiver closer to the mouse if needed.

2.3.2 Mode Bluetooth 5.2

2.3.3 Wired USB-C Mode

1. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the front port of the mouse and the USB-A end to your computer.
2. Slide the mode switch on the bottom of the mouse to the 'OFF' position. The mouse will operate in wired mode.

2.4 Instal·lació del programari del controlador

For full customization of DPI, polling rate, LOD (Lift-Off Distance), shortcuts, and macros, download and install the official ATTACK SHARK X3PRO driver software from the manufacturer's website. This software is compatible with Windows XP / VISTA / 7 / 8 / 10 / MAC operating systems.

3. Instruccions de funcionament

3.1 Ajust de DPI

The mouse features a DPI button on its underside (refer to Image 2.1) to cycle through 6 adjustable DPI levels: 800, 1600, 2400, 3200, 5000, and 26000. The DPI indicator light will change color to reflect the current setting.

3.2 Taxa de sondeig

The X3PRO offers advanced polling rates for enhanced responsiveness:

• 4K Polling Rate (Wireless): In 2.4GHz wireless mode, the mouse can achieve a 4000Hz polling rate, sending signals to the computer every 0.25ms.
• 8K Polling Rate (Wired): In wired USB-C mode, the mouse can achieve an 8000Hz polling rate, sending signals to the computer every 0.125ms.

Higher polling rates reduce input lag, providing a more immediate response. For optimal 4K/8K polling rate performance, an Intel Core i5 or higher CPU, AMD Ryzen 5 or higher CPU, and a USB 3.0 or higher port are recommended.

3.3 Botons programables

The mouse features 5 programmable buttons. Utilize the official driver software to customize button functions, assign macros, and adjust other settings to suit your preferences.

3.4 Kailh GM8.0 Switches and TTC Encoder

The X3PRO is equipped with Kailh Black Mamba GM8.0 Micro switches, known for their crisp clicks, fast rebound, and an 80 million click lifespan. The TTC scroll wheel encoder provides precise scrolling and tactile feedback.

4. Manteniment

4.1 Neteja

To maintain optimal performance and hygiene, regularly clean your mouse. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the surface. For stubborn dirt, a slightly damp cloth with mild soap can be used, ensuring no liquid enters the mouse's internal components. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.

The X3PRO is designed for long battery life, offering up to 68 hours of continuous use. To prolong battery lifespan:

5. Solució De Problemes

5.1 El ratolí no respon

• Comproveu la bateria: Ensure the mouse has sufficient charge. Connect it via USB-C cable to charge.
• Comprova la connexió:
  • Sense fil de 2.4 GHz: Ensure the USB receiver is securely plugged into a working USB port and the mouse is switched to '2.4G' mode. Try a different USB port. If experiencing jitteriness or signal loss, try moving the receiver closer to the mouse, potentially using the Type-C to USB-A adapter.
  • Bluetooth: Verify Bluetooth is enabled on your computer and the mouse is correctly paired and switched to 'BT' mode. Try re-pairing the device.
  • Amb cable: Ensure the USB-C cable is firmly connected to both the mouse and the computer, and the mouse is switched to 'OFF' mode.

5.2 DPI sense canvis

• Ensure you are pressing the correct DPI button on the underside of the mouse.

• Check if button assignments have been altered in the driver software. Reset to default if necessary.
• Ensure the mouse is clean and there is no physical obstruction preventing button presses.

5.4 Signal Loss on Windows 11

Some users have reported signal loss issues when switching to Windows 11. Ensure your mouse drivers are updated to the latest version available on the ATTACK SHARK website. Check for any conflicting software or power management settings in Windows 11 that might be affecting USB or Bluetooth devices.
