1 Identify the grille & hardware with parts list.

Pop hood, remove the black plastic cover (on top of OEM grille / front panel) from vehicle. This will allow access to the rear 2 of the grille shell.
Remove the grille shell from vehicle.

Use a die grinder or an alternative tool to cut out the inner grille work out. Make your cuts close to the inner edge (where the

3

bars are molded to the main grille). Do not cut the six mounting tabs use to secure the grille to the vehicle. File or sand any rough edges smooth. When finished the grille should look like the diagram below. The shaded area illustrates what material

needs to be removed.

4

Center the billet insert in the grille. Hold the billet insert firmly in place; Mark each mounting tab hole to the grille shell. Drill a 1/8hole at each mark.

5

Secure the billet insert to the shell using the screws and nuts. Before fastening the billet, a light coat of matt black spray paint can be applied to the inner area of the factory grille to hide the sanded and cut areas.

6 Make sure the billet grille is centered and tighten the fasteners.but do not over-tighten. 7 Installation completed!!!
