Operation Guide

Charging the Device

1. Connect the USB-C port of the power bank to a power adapter.

2. The battery indicator light will glow white while charging.

Note: For optimal charging, use a power adapter rated 20W or higher. For accurate battery level display, it is recommended to cycle charge/discharge the device twice.

Wired Charging

1. Connect your phone to the power bank using a compatible charging cable.

Wireless Charging

1. Place the power bank on the back of your phone. It will automatically attach magnetically and begin charging.

Indicator Light Status:

• Solid Light: The wireless charging indicator remains solid while charging is in progress.
• Slow Flashing: The indicator flashes slowly for 10 seconds after detaching from the phone before turning off.
• Rapid Flashing: The indicator flashes rapidly if a foreign metal object is detected on the wireless charging surface, indicating a safety feature.

Power Status

1. Click the button to check the remaining power level. The indicator lights show the charge status:

• 0%-25%
• 25%-50%
• 50%-75%
• 75%-100%

Precautions and Safety Information

General Precautions:

• Store this product in a cool, dry place.
• Do not store in high-temperature or humid environments.
• Use only recommended or sold power supplies/chargers to avoid fire or injury risks.
• Recommended operating temperature: 0°C to 25°C (32°F to 77°F).
• Do not disassemble, impact, crush, or dispose of the product in fire.
• If the product is not used for an extended period, recharge it every three months.
• The product may become warm during charging; this is normal.
• Battery performance will decline over several years under normal conditions.
• Do not clean with harmful chemicals or detergents.
• Misuse, dropping, or excessive force may damage the product.
• When disposing of batteries, separate them by electrochemical system.
• Do not continue to use if severe deformation occurs.
• Warning: Replacing the battery with an incorrect type may pose an explosion risk.
• Keep the power bank away from magnetic stripe cards (like ID cards, bank cards) to prevent data loss or malfunction.

Foreign Object Detection:

If the power bank detects a foreign metal object on its charging surface, the blue indicator light will flash rapidly for 5 seconds, and the device will automatically shut down.

Battery Safety:

• Batteries must not be exposed to excessive heat (e.g., sunlight, fire).
• Batteries may explode or leak flammable liquid/gas under extremely low pressure.
• The device is intended for use only in non-tropical regions.
• Do not use after immersion in water.

Service Policy:

• 7-Day Return: Within 7 days of receipt, customers may return the product for any reason. Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility.
• 15-Day Exchange/Repair: Within 15 days of receipt, the product can be exchanged or repaired free of charge for quality-related issues.
• 1-Year Repair: Within 1 year of receipt, the product can be repaired free of charge for quality-related issues.

Warranty Exclusions:

• Unauthorized repairs, misuse, collision, negligence, abuse, liquid ingress, accidents, modifications, or incorrect use of accessories.
• The product is outside the warranty period.
• Damage caused by force majeure events.
• Performance failures not listed in the "Product Performance Failure" section.
• Performance failures caused by human factors.
