Board Identification

Identify all wooden parts before assembly. The following parts are included:

• Part 1: Desktop Board
• Part 2: Bottom Board
• Part 3: Right Board
• Part 4: Left Board
• Part 5: Middle Left Board
• Part 6: Middle Right Board
• Part 7: Middle Shelf
• Part 8: Adjustable Shelf (2 pieces)
• Part 9: (Part Name Not Explicitly Listed, appears to be a support beam/base piece)
• Part 10: (Part Name Not Explicitly Listed, appears to be a shelf support)
• Part 11: Left Door
• Part 12: Right Door
• Part 13: Middle Back Board
• Part 14: Side Back Board (2 pieces)
• Part 15: Slide (for doors)

Product Assembly

STEP 1

Instructions:

• Insert Cam Bolt (C) into parts (5, 6) using a screwdriver ?.
• Insert Dowel (E) into part (7).
• Attach parts (5, 6) to part (7) using Cam Bolt (C) and Dowel (E).
• Insert and secure Cam Lock (D) to part (7) to lock parts (5, 6).

Be careful not to over tighten.

Arrow on lock (D) should point in the direction of bolt (C).

STEP 2

Instructions:

• Insert Cam Bolt (C) into part (2) using a screwdriver ?.
• Attach part (2) to part (9) through Cam Bolt (C).
• Insert and secure Cam Lock (D) to part (9) to lock part (2).

STEP 3

Instructions:

• Insert Cam Bolt (C) into part (2) using a screwdriver ?.
• Insert Dowel (E) into part (2).
• Attach parts (5, 6) to part (2) through Cam Bolt (C) and Dowel (E).
• Insert and secure Cam Lock (D) to parts (5, 6) to lock part (2).

Be careful not to over tighten.

STEP 4

Instructions:

• Insert Cam Bolt (C) into part (10) using a screwdriver ?.
• Attach part (10) to parts (5, 6) through Cam Bolt (C).
• Insert and secure Cam Lock (D) to parts (5, 6) to lock part (10).

STEP 5

Instructions:

• Insert Cam Bolt (C) into parts (3, 4) using a screwdriver ?.
• Insert Dowel (E) into parts (3, 4).
• Attach parts (3, 4) to the main structure (parts 2, 9, 10) through Cam Bolt (C) and Dowel (E).
• Insert and secure Cam Lock (D) to parts (2, 9, 10) to lock parts (3, 4).

Be careful not to over tighten.

STEP 6

Instructions:

• Stand up the assembled TV stand structure.
• Slide Middle Back Board (13) into the grooves of parts (5) and (6) as per the diagram.
• Slide Side Back Boards (14) into the grooves of parts (4, 5) and parts (3, 6) as per the diagram.

STEP 7

Instructions:

• Insert Cam Bolt (C) into part (1) using a screwdriver ?.
• Insert Dowel (E) into parts (3, 4, 5, 6).
• Attach part (1) (Desktop Board) to parts (3, 4, 5, 6) through Cam Bolt (C) and Dowel (E).
• Insert and secure Cam Lock (D) to parts (3, 4, 5, 6) to lock part (1).

Be careful not to over tighten.

STEP 8

Instructions:

• Attach Slide (15) to part (10) using Screw (I) with a screwdriver ?.

STEP 9

Instructions:

• Insert Bolt (G) into parts (3, 4, 5, 6).
• Place Adjustable Shelves (8) horizontally between parts (4, 5) and parts (3, 6), resting them on the inserted Bolts (G).

STEP 10

Instructions:

• Attach Handle (B) to parts (11, 12) (Doors) using Screw (H) with a screwdriver ?.
• Attach Mounting Bracket (A) to parts (11, 12) using Screw (I) with a screwdriver ?.
• Install Door Bottom Piece (F) on the bottom of parts (11, 12).

STEP 11

Instructions:

• Hang parts (11, 12) (Doors) on top of part (15) (Slide) through Mounting Bracket (A).
• Insert Door Bottom Piece (F) into the groove of part (2) as per the diagram.

STEP 12

Instructions:

• Attach part (7) (Middle Shelf) to part (13) (Middle Back Board) using Screw (I) with a screwdriver ?.
