3. Postavljanje i instalacija

Proper setup is crucial for the optimal performance and longevity of your refrigerated display case.

Raspakivanje:

1. Pažljivo izvadite uređaj iz ambalaže.
2. Pregledajte ima li oštećenja prilikom transporta. Odmah prijavite svaku štetu prijevozniku i dobavljaču.

• Place the display case on a firm, level surface capable of supporting its weight when fully loaded.
• Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit. Maintain a minimum clearance of 10 cm (4 inches) from walls or other obstructions on all sides, especially the rear where the compressor is located.
• Avoid direct sunlight or proximity to heat sources (e.g., ovens, radiators) as this will affect cooling efficiency.

Instalacija polica:

The display case comes with two adjustable chromed shelves. Follow these steps to install them:

1. Pronađite nosače za police unutar ormarića.
2. Insert the shelf brackets into the desired slots on the side rails. Ensure they are level and securely seated.
3. Carefully slide the chromed shelves onto the installed brackets.

Električni priključak:

• Before plugging in, allow the unit to stand upright for at least 2 hours if it was transported horizontally. This allows the refrigerant to settle.
• Plug the appliance into a dedicated, grounded 220-240V / 50Hz power outlet.

4. Uputstvo za upotrebu

Prvo pokretanje:

1. After plugging in, the display case will power on.
2. The digital temperature control panel, typically located at the rear (see Figure 4.1), will display the current internal temperature.
3. Allow the unit to run empty for at least 2-4 hours to reach the desired operating temperature before loading products.

Kontrola temperature:

• The display case features a digital temperature controller. Refer to the specific controller's manual (if provided separately) for detailed programming instructions.
• Typically, buttons for "SET", "UP", and "DOWN" allow adjustment of the desired temperature.
• The recommended operating temperature range is 0 °C to 12 °C.

Učitavanje proizvoda:

• Load products evenly on the shelves. Do not overload the shelves.
• Ensure products do not block the internal air circulation vents.
• Keep the sliding doors closed as much as possible to maintain internal temperature and energy efficiency.

LED rasvjeta:

The display case is equipped with internal LED lighting to enhance product visibility. The lighting is typically controlled by a switch on the control panel or a dedicated button.

5. Održavanje i čišćenje

Regular maintenance and cleaning will ensure the longevity and hygienic operation of your display case.

Dnevno čišćenje:

• Isključite napajanje: Uvijek isključite jedinicu prije čišćenja.
• unutrašnjost: Wipe down interior surfaces, shelves, and glass with a soft cloth dampened with mild soap and water. Rinse with a clean damp krpom i dobro osušite.
• Eksterijer: Clean exterior surfaces with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• staklena vrata: Za rezultate bez tragova koristite sredstvo za čišćenje stakla.

Sedmično/Mjesečno održavanje:

• Zavojnica kondenzatora: Periodically clean the condenser coil (located near the compressor at the rear/bottom of the unit) using a soft brush or vacuum cleaner. A dirty condenser coil reduces efficiency and can lead to compressor failure.
• Posuda za odvod: Check and clean the drain pan (if accessible) to prevent water overflow and odors.
• Zaptivke za vrata: Inspect door gaskets for cracks or damage. Clean them with warm soapy water to ensure a tight seal.

Odmrzavanje:

This unit features an automatic defrost system. However, if excessive ice buildup occurs, manual defrosting may be necessary:

1. Remove all products from the display case.
2. Isključite jedinicu.
3. Leave the doors open to allow ice to melt naturally. Do not use sharp objects or heating devices to remove ice.
4. Once defrosted, clean and dry the interior thoroughly before plugging the unit back in and reloading products.
