Connect the docking station with the DC adapter to the power grid.
Use the on/off button to start the docking station.
Connect your laptop to the USB-C Power Delivery port for charging.
Note: Charging via the docking station requires laptop support for Power Delivery or Thunderbolt technology.

Explanation of the Ports
Instructions for using different ports:

Connect USB-C devices using ports 2 and 3.
Insert an SD or microSD card into slot 6 for data access.
Use the audio port (3.5 mm) for headphones.
Connect to Ethernet for high-speed internet using port 8.
Utilize HDMI ports for additional monitor or projector display with compatible laptop technology.
Connect USB peripherals such as mouse, keyboard, or flash drive to ports 4, 11, and 12.
Note: Only use HDMI cables as HDMI to DisplayPort cables are not supported.

CONNECTING THE DOCKING STATION

Connect the docking station with the DC adapter 16 to the power grid.

Use the on/off button 1 to start the docking station.

Connect your laptop to the USB-C Power Delivery port 13.
Charging your laptop via the docking station only works if your laptop supports Power Delivery (PD) or Thunderbolt 3 or 4 technology. View the manual of your laptop for more information.

EXPLANATION OF THE PORTS

Connect a device with USB-C, such as a data cable 2/3.

Place an SD or microSD card in the (micro) SD slot 6 to read your data.

Connect a device with a 3.5mm jack, such as headphones 7.

Connect an Ethernet cable to the Ethernet port 8. The docking station supports a speed of up to 1000Mbps. To reach this speed, you use a Category 5e (Cat5e) Ethernet cable or higher.

The HDMI connector 9/10 for viewing your screen on an extra monitor or projector only works if your laptop supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode or Thunderbolt 3 or 4 technology. View the manual of your laptop for more information.

Connect a USB device, such as a mouse, keyboard, or USB flash drive 4/11/12.

You can only achieve the maximum resolution of 4K at 60Hz if your laptop supports DisplayPort 1.4 via alternate mode via the USB-C port and if you download the DisplayLink® software. Note:
The docking station only works with HDMI cables. HDMI to DisplayPort cables are not suitable.
