BITRO BASIC B1 Smart Tag - Overview

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

APP USER MANUAL

  • Download “BTL” APP
    Search for the “BTL” application on iOS or Android platforms.
  • Register
    Create an account and log in to the “BTL” APP.
    After removing the battery insulation sheet of the device, the device will immediately ring to enter pairing mode. Perform device binding via the “BTL” APP.
    If no connection operation is performed within 10 minutes, the pairing broadcast will be disabled.
    Press and hold the device button for 3 seconds, and the device will emit two beeps to re-enter pairing mode.
  • Device Binding
    Place the device dose to your phone and keep the network stable. Tap the ‘+’ on the homepage to add a device. After the phone s cans the device, tap the Connect button to start pairing and wait for the device response
    When binding is completed successfully, the device will make two beeps. Then you will enter the editing page for device name and avatar. Tap Save in the upper right corner to finish device binding.
  • Play Sound
    Double-click the device button, and the device will emit two beeps, indicating that the device is working properly.
  • Reverse Phone Finding
    After your phone connects to the device via Bluetooth, double-click the button to activate the Reverse Phone Finding function. Your phone will ring to help you locate it easily. Open the BTL App to stop the ringing automatically.
  • Product Reset
    Press and hold the key of the anti-lost device for 10 seconds (it will beep once at the 3rd second, please do not release and keep pressing). You will hear one beep prompt.
    Immediately press the key 5 times continuously within 2 seconds and then stop. Two beeps will sound, which means the device has been reset successfully and can be paired again.

REPLACE THE BATTERY

Take out the white triangle “white disassembling piece” that comes with the package.
Locate the slots on the back of the product.
Take the white disassembling piece and place it the slot on the back of the product, rotate counter clockwise to open the back cover.
Remove the battery, replace it with the prepared new battery ” CR205 0″ an d install the battery, after installing the battery, you can hear the product emit a “drop sound, which means that the battery has been successfully replaced, and then place the lower cover in the rotating groove of the product, and rotate the back cover with the disassembling piece clockwise, so that it remains closed. Then place the lower cover at the rotating slot of the product and turn it clockwise with the disassembling piece to keep it closed.

***Except for the provided disassembly tool, the use of knives or screwdrivers as auxiliary tools is not recommended to avoid damaging the product shell or appearance.

PRODUCT UNBINDING

Operation Steps: *(The process remains identical whether the phone is currently connected to the device via Bluetooth or not)*

  1. Tap the device card on the home page to enter the Current Location interface.
  2. Tap the Settings icon in the upper right corner to enter the Device Information page.
  3. Tap Unbind Device, then tap Confirm Unbind.

If connected via Bluetooth: The steps above will successfully unbind and reset the device.

If not connected via Bluetooth: The system will prompt “Unbind failed, device not connected.” Please proceed with caution if choosing to Delete Device. If the device is unilaterally deleted by the system, you must manually perform a Product Reset before it can be re-bound.

WARNING
  1. Do not dismantle or modify the product.
  2. Do not store the product in wet conditions.
  3. Do not keep or use the product near heat sources.
  4. Do not let water or any other liquid flows into the inside part of the product’s interface. This would cause damages to the product;
  5. Avoid direct sunlight. Keep away from heat source;
  6. Avoid high processor load in long running loops or while charging;
  7. Ensure good ventilation while using;
  8. ln case of overheating, stop using the product

DISPOSAL OF ELECTRONIC PRODUCTS

  1. Do not place the product as household waste:
  2. Please dispose of discarded electronic products properly according to local regulations.
  3. BITRO encourages you to participate in electronics recycling program.

APPLICABLE TO PRODUCTS THAT MAY BE USED AT LESS THAN 20 CM FROM THE HUMAN BODY.

no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation.

If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:

  • Reorient or re locate the receiving antenna.
  • Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
  • Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.
  • Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.
