LPDDR4X Components
Intelligent Memory's LPDDR4X is available in densities ranging from 4Gb to 64Gb, housed in a 200-ball FBGA package. Key improvements include enhanced features that boost maximum data rate performance up to 4266 Mbps, achieved through added termination and calibration options. A significant advancement is the reduction of the operating I/O (VDDQ) voltage to 0.6V.

LPDDR4 ECC Components
Intelligent Memory's LPDDR4 components with integrated Error Correction Code (ECC) are available in densities from 4Gb to 16Gb, also in a 200-ball FBGA package. These components offer a maximum data rate up to 3200Mbps. Fully JEDEC compliant, they feature ECC capabilities that consume less energy than previous generations and are designed to operate reliably over industrial and high-temperature ranges.
