Avyna Rectangular trampolines Instructions

For the Avyna Model 352-FL (520x305cm), achieving a square and level frame is critical for proper spring tension and safety. If the frame does not seem square, please check the following:

• Check Tube Orientation: Ensure that the L-tubes (corners), C-tubes, and K-tubes are fully inserted into one another as shown in Step 1 of the assembly manual. If one joint is not fully seated, it will throw off the geometry of the entire rectangle.
• Verify Screw Tightness: Ensure all M8-16 screws (Step 3 and 4) are tightened evenly. If one side is tightened significantly more than the others before the frame is fully assembled, it can cause the frame to warp or pull out of square.
• Ground Leveling: Since the 352-FL is a FlatLevel/In-Ground model, the ledge or ground surface must be perfectly level. Refer to Step 13 and 14, which indicate a minimum depth of 22cm for the ledge and 87cm for the center pit. If the ledge is uneven, the frame will twist.
• Spring Tension: Ensure you are following the specific spring installation sequence. Step 16 highlights the use of 8x 140mm springs at the corners first to center the mat before installing the remaining 120x 215mm springs.
