Setup and First Use

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove all packaging materials and accessories from the box.
  2. Clean: Before first use, wash the removable pan, roasting rack, and lid in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the exterior of the roaster oven base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the base in water.
  3. Assemble: Place the clean removable pan into the roaster oven base. Insert the roasting rack into the removable pan.
  4. Placement: Position the roaster oven on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface, away from walls and other appliances to allow for proper ventilation. Ensure there is sufficient space around the unit.
  5. Initial Burn-Off (Recommended): For the first use, it is recommended to operate the empty roaster oven for 30 minutes at 350°F (175°C) to burn off any manufacturing oils. This may produce a slight odor or smoke, which is normal. Ensure the area is well-ventilated. Allow the unit to cool completely afterward.

Temperature Control

The roaster oven features a single knob control for easy operation, offering a full-range temperature control from 150°F to 450°F, along with specific settings for "Keep Warm" and "Defrost".

  1. Prepare your food and place it on the roasting rack within the removable pan.
