2. Connecting the Arm Cuff
- Insert the air plug of the arm cuff securely into the air jack on the side of the monitor unit.
- Ensure the connection is firm to prevent air leakage during measurement.
Operation
1. Applying the Arm Cuff
- Sit comfortably with your feet flat on the floor, and your arm resting on a table at heart level.
- Pass your left arm through the cuff loop. The bottom edge of the cuff should be 2 to 3 cm (0.8-1.2 inches) above your inner elbow.
- Ensure the air tube is positioned over the center of your inner arm.
- Pull the cuff until it reaches your upper left arm and fasten it snugly with the hook-and-loop closure. It should be tight enough so that two fingers can barely fit between the cuff and your arm.

2. Taking a Measurement
- Ensure you are in a relaxed state, have not exercised or consumed caffeine/alcohol within 30 minutes, and have an empty bladder.
- Press the START/STOP button. The cuff will automatically inflate and then slowly deflate.
- Remain still and silent during the measurement.
- Your systolic pressure (SYS), diastolic pressure (DIA), and pulse rate (PUL) will be displayed on the screen.
- If you feel uncomfortable during the measurement, press the START/STOP button again to immediately stop the process.
3. Dual-User Mode
The monitor supports two user profiles (User A and User B), each capable of storing up to 99 readings. This feature is ideal for tracking data for two individuals.
- To switch between User A and User B, press the SET button when the device is off.
- The selected user icon will be displayed on the screen.

5. Understanding Your Readings
- Blood Pressure Classification: The monitor uses a color-coded indicator on the side of the display to classify your blood pressure level according to standard guidelines (Green for Normal, Yellow for Normal-High, Red for Hypertension).
- Irregular Heartbeat Detection: If an irregular heartbeat is detected during measurement, an icon will appear on the screen. Consult a healthcare professional if this icon appears frequently.

Maintenance
- Clean the monitor unit and cuff with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the device in water.
- Store the device in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Remove batteries if the device will not be used for an extended period.
Troubleshooting: Inaccurate Readings
If you experience inconsistent or inaccurate blood pressure readings, consider the following common causes:
- Incorrect Measurement Method:
- Avoid vigorous exercise or emotional fluctuations within 30 minutes prior to measurement.
- Ensure correct cuff positioning and application (refer to "Applying the Arm Cuff" section).
- Maintain proper posture during measurement (sit still, feet flat, arm at heart level). The monitor includes a posture detection feature to help ensure accuracy.
- Equipment Malfunction:
- Check battery power; replace batteries if low.
- Ensure the cuff's air plug is securely connected to the monitor.
- Avoid exposing the device to moisture, which can damage internal components.
- Physiological and Environmental Interference:
- Conditions like atrial fibrillation or arrhythmia can affect the accuracy of electronic blood pressure monitors. Consult your doctor for guidance.
- Measure in a quiet environment, free from electronic device signals that might interfere.
