Troubleshooting

1. No GPS Signal / Poor Connectivity

The GPS system relies on an active GPS satellite signal. If the device cannot acquire a signal:

  • Ensure the device is used outdoors with a clear view of the sky. Indoor use or areas with heavy overhead obstruction (e.g., tunnels, dense urban canyons) can block the signal.
  • Restart the device.
  • Ensure the device's software is up to date.

2. Device Not Powering On

  • Check if the battery is charged. Connect the device to the car charger or a USB power source.
  • Ensure the car charger is properly connected and the vehicle's power outlet is functional.
  • If the device remains unresponsive, perform a hard reset by pressing and holding the power button for 10-15 seconds.

3. Screen Unresponsive

  • Ensure the screen is clean and free of debris.
  • Restart the device.
  • If the issue persists, contact customer support.
